I liked the friendliness of the staff and their willingness to be helpful. No parking is provided so my car had to be left on the main road. I was never able to park directly outside the hotel so had to find a space a distance away.

The rooms are large, comfortable, well decorated and charming. All the staff are friendly and very helpful. My colleague and I arrived late and had missed our dinner reservation and the chef was about to go home, but he stayed and cooked us a lovely meal.

We felt very welcome on arrival and even though we didnt end up with the room we booked it was still of a good standard. The food was glorious. Seeing the red kites flying around in the morning was wonderful.

It was beautiful and far superior to all the other local hotels. We were impressed with the friendly service and atmosphere. The rooms were beautiful and clean and spacious. We were made to feel very much at home by the staff! It's a lovely place to stay, and we would happily stay there again. The only problem was parking as there is no car park, only on street parking which risks tickets. However the staff were very helpful with advice.

Very comfortable hotel. Breakfast was excellent. They were able to let us put our motorbikes in a safe car park. They were very happy to have our dog stay and we had a thoroughly lovely stay.

As long as your nor looking for a particularly quiet place I can't find complaint. I've found all the staff friendly, the decor is fresh with a nice atmosphere to the place. The 2 rooms I've stayed in are clean, fresh, and comfortable with, teas, coffees, milk chocolate to drink and a couple of nice biscuits to munch on if you're peckish. Breakfast is good too. Will defo stay again. Bear in mind the adjacent streets can sometimes be a little noisy with cars and locals at that location in town (cross roads) so I would recommend taking ear plugs if you're a light sleeper (a good tip for any traveller!) especially if you end up above the pub section and want to turn in early. Can't dock a rating point as the rest makes up for me.

Our stay at Ty Morgan's was perfect. The staff was extremely friendly. The place was much beyond our expectations. The city is tiny but nice. Excelent food, great beer and relaxing atmosphere. 100% recommended.

Lovely hotel, good reasonably priced food, good breakfasts, friendly staff. The main problem with the hotel is that it's right on a cross roads of the main route from North to South Wales, and at times heavy traffic made the building vibrate and very noisy, especially first thing in the morning. But we would go back and ask for a room further from the road..

Friendly staff, spacious accommodation, good location. The breakfast was enough to keep us going till late afternoon, was nice to see local produce on the menu, we ate there in the evening too because of the good quality food. Hotel is in an excellent location for walks and bike hire, which I would reccomend to view the Cwm Elan route. The stair way could be a problem for people with very young children as it is steep and would be difficult to block off with a gate. However this was not a worry for us as our children are older.

The staff were very friendly and the food in the bar was lovely. The flat was spacious. The only negative was the bathroom which has a serious damp problem and really needs remdiating for future visitors.

Ty Morgans is in a sleepy little village and is an ideal location for exploring Mid Wales. The Bistro is great for a romantic candle lit meal. The room we stayed in was beautiful, the best we have stayed in so far. The only fault it was the room was a little cold in the day but was lovely and warm at night. The hotel staff and bistro waitresses were very friendly and obliging.

Simple uncomplicated affair--Bar plus food--Good tv and adequate facilities--- Minor gripe for me personally was the ambient lighting which was not quite bright enough--I would stay there again on my travels as I consider the owners have put a great deal of effort in delivering the product and it does exactly what it should do.
