We loved the location and excellent facilities the property offered. The owners were warm, attentive but discreet and had excellent local knowledge. There were great little touches such as cake on arrival, tea bags in the kitchen and fully stocked self catering facilities, real home from home.

There was nothing at all that we didn't like.

-Very friendly atmosphere. We had a very good tour of the farm animals by the hospitable host. Amazing ! -Breakfast was very good in a very 'English' setting.

    - Shower pressure was a bit disappointing.

Really hospitable and friendly hosts - even the cats and chickens and cows; a lovely home-made cake to welcome us; in the heart of Snowdonia; very warm & comfy bed. And we could book the s/c cottage for only 3 nights.

Mr and Mrs Jones were lovely hosts and made us very welcome. We were on a mission to climb Snowdon and could not have found a better base..they even produced a bottle of wine and birthday card to help us celebrate my husbands' 70th! We strongly recommend staying at Tyddyn Perthi

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend to others. We had a lovely room which was comfortable and tastefully decorated. The en-suite bathroom, with a seperate shower and roll top bath, was spotlessly clean. The owners were very welcoming and made us feel at home from when we arrived and nothing was too much trouble. A good choice of breakfast was provided and cooked to order and the generous portions meant we were set up for the day. All in all a great place to stay.

We stayed in self contained accommodation and there was no objection to our very small dog. There was a an outside space to sit, although not private. The bed was really comfortable.

Not being able to fully appreciate the view of the mountains from the property and the chairs and table outside was rusty and not comfortable.

We had a lovely warm welcome upon arrival and freshly baked cake. The cottage was bigger than expected. The facilities were good, we had everything we needed for a self catering get away. The cottage was clean and felt like a home away from home. The location is perfect if you are heading up the mountain.

    We couldn't find the iron.
