Location The 'en-suite' was minute, and the hot water had insufficient pressure. The staff were not very helpful. The breakfast was very limited; the eggs were cold as were the "hot" rolls; no cheese. |

Close to Paddington Station The waste basket had not been empties, there was used soap in the bathroom. After swapping the tv remote 3 times I ended up buying my own batteries for it - that was the quicker solution. I won't stay there again. |

Room too small - supposed to be a double room but there was barely enough room for the bed in it! Stairs were lethal - very steep and narrow. The 'en-suite' was the smallest I've ever seen - you had to sit sideways on the toilet! Worst hotel I've ever stayed in. |

Reservation was just as we requested - we got two quiet, connecting rooms. Rooms were clean and free Internet is a huge plus point. It is fast and very useful. Coffee making facilities, safety deposit box and iron in room are also plus points. The bathrooms are small but clean . Breakfast was great - lots of choice. |

Yes, plenty! It was a very small room, even smaller ensuite. Not enough room to shower or use the toilet. The room had a nasty smell to it, horrible cleaning products had previously been used in the bathroom. I feel it was not properly described on the website and would not recommend it to anyone. |

convenient and that's it I don't like blood sucking bugs in my bed, and it was so bad that they were squashed during the night and their(mine?) blood were smeared on the bed sheet. I changed my room after the second night (I wasn't sure the first until I saw and killed a few my self. Has the standard for two stars hotel gone down to this level? I certainly have to stay in 3 or 4 stars for my next visit. By the way, after disinfecting everything, I still fear I might have brought some unwanted friends home and shower whenever I feel an itch. Ruined my stay in London. |

The closeness to everything you want to see in London the breakfast, would like to have something else than marmelade to put on my toast like cheese. |

Breakfast was okey. Location was good. And it was quite cheap. Rooms were old and looked dirty, were cleaned though. There was no elevator. It was noisy, I could not sleep well. |

Location was ok. My room was in the basement with no natural light and it was uncomfortably hot. I could also here every train that came in and out of whichever tube station is below the Hotel. |

Budget hotel, bigger bathroom facilities in my parents caravan! Vibrations from tube station, however very good friendly staff and it did the job for one night after festival in Hyde Park all day. Depending on circumstances i would recommend to others! |

location The bed facilities are not clean at all, there are small unknown-named insects bit people in the middle of the night, we hardly sleep after the mid night, and the hot water not 24 hours, we've been woke up by the insect and really terrified and want to have a shower but then realise there's no hot water at all!!! It was really a nightmare, I sincerely wound't recommend anyone to book and to live in this hotel! And when we complain it to the stuff the next morning we didn't get any proper explanation, it was really disappointed. |

The hotel is excellent value. If all you need is a clean bed, a shower and 24hour access, then this is for you. All thou the Hotel as a whole seems a bit worn, I found the room to be clean and functional. Please note that you will hear the trains at Paddington station - If you are a light sleeper this may be an issue (It wasn't for me) |
