The location was relaxingly peaceful and easy to find. Room was a little basic, but very clean as was the toilet and shower, and the bed was super comfortable. The proprietor was very pleasant and friendly. Would definitely come again.

Breakfast was between 8 - 8.30 which I thought was a tad early if you'd come for a relaxing weekend, however the breakfast was good and it did get us up and out to make the most of our time there.

The facilities were really clean and felt very homely. The lady that runs the B&B makes you feel so welcome that you almost feel like you're staying at a family friends and it feels like she can't do enough for you. At the same time you feel like you have your own space and privacy in a really homely, comfortable and very clean environment.

That I only stayed for one night, it was exactly what I was hoping for and more!

Rural retreat with pretty garden in good location on edge of lake district.

Tv was too small and couldn't get it to work. Owner blamed previous guests for touching wrong buttons!

Gracious hostess, interesting historical and comfortable lodge, not fancy but very nicely appointed, quiet country setting and convenient to the Lake District without being in it. Good breakfast

Tymparon Hall was easy to find from the A66 and easy to return to the M6 on our way to Scotland. It was very comfortable and I would definitely recommend. Lovely breakfast in lovely surroundings.

    There were no faults.

Old world house, nice garden, cosy rooms and very personal service.

Expected a more refined establishment eing a Hall rather than the lovely old farmhouse, with caravan park next door. Felt better price could be obtained through Farmstay property.

The hotel is in a quiet rural location and is full of charm and character. The rooms are comfortable and cosy, with the facilities of a more modern establishment. We received a warm and friendly welcome and everything was done to make our stay extremely enjoyable. Breakfast was superb.
