Score from 512 reviews Good
the breakfast, the atmosphere, the friendliness of the staff, the location.
the temperature of the building - it was too hot to the extent that we didnt have a drink at the bar but went straight to our room where we could have the window open which was fine
Very friendly, helpful staff. Good food. Nice touch the late night finger buffet.
More vegetarian options would be great
Everthing, food was great cleanliness was great bed was very comfortable best comfort break weve had.
Only problem we experienced was the bedroom was too warm in the night but had a flat roof outside so did not feel secure enough to open window.
The hotel was lovely, great value. The service we received was fantastic all of the staff did all they could to make our stay enjoyable, it really made a difference Thank you
Location, fabulous food, comfortable pleasant room stunning view from REAR bedroom of mountains( a surprise as it wasn't mentioned in the description...just told it was a room at the rear of the hotel and we were presented with this gorgeous view!!!"), friendly helpful staff, good communication, ordered room service, we're not charged for it, more than generous... I
My mum who has rheumatoid arthritis found the mattress a bit hard but I was very comfortable so this is only a minor issue...
Nice staff, breakfast options included one of the finest omelettes I have ever had.....wonderful
Bed mattress was hard, furnishings were old....they're trying, but it's a lousy market to try to include quality - the Llandudno experience is for oldies......
Very friendly. Entertainment on the evening we went. I enjoyed singing with the older ladies and gentlemen.Had a great time!
We asked for a sea view and got one. Unfortunately the window was so high up in the room I had to tiptoe to see the view.
Nice reception on arrival very welcoming, offered help with luggage to our rooms, nothing a problem, staff friendly, appearance of hotel is first class, nice little display of goods to buy from reception, don't need to leave hotel if you didn't want as there is food and drinks to be had through the day, location is great for the beach, outside seating area was excellent day and night. Restaurant staff excellent. Cannot wait to return.
Nothing to dislike
The hotel was immaculate including the room, altho it was a little small, I asked for an easily accessible room and it was altho it was on the second floor it was near the lift and there were no steps, the dining room and food were excellent and the stall were very good. we had a really enjoyable 5 days.
We love this hotel and find the staff amazing! Very friendly and cant do enough for us,even my fussy toddlers breakfast request for a bowl of strawberries,we havr stayed on the 3rd floor for both visits,we tend to leave the pushchair in the car,but they are very clean and child friendly as the seaview windows are above waist height, the faxt room service is available is great, but my husband went to the bar to fetch a drink up to the after our toddler fell asleep, its our first choice for hotels is llandudno!
Once we stayed in a seaview room on the 3rd floor and the window did not open very wide,a fan was provided but in the summer months it was very very hot.
Welcome from reception staff. The hotel decor, location and car park. Complimentary afternoon tea is a nice touch.
Wall to our room was (no. 48) not sound proof. Really annoying hearing neighbouring TV & everything else. Beakfast service a bit slow and inconsistent. Other guests offered mushrooms - we were not.
helpful friendly staff great suit room, perfect with toddler
There was nothing to dislike, has a Victorian property , it has been renovated, to a high standard, excellent facilities, staff and owner where down to earth very friendly, couldn't do enough to make your stay a happy one, food was outstanding , highly recommend to others .
Nothing to dislike
The location perfect, interior decor tastefully accomplished throughout, staff couldn't be more helpful in fact following an admin error on their part they swiftly admitted the error and honoured the mistake. Restaurant a new addition and very good value for money for the quality of food served. I also like that the hotel provides parking.
My only gripe was that whilst my mother, who stayed in a double was provided with a plug in fan the single that I stayed in didn't and as much as the weather was fab the room did feel incredibly stuffy and made this difficult to sleep, even with the windows open.
The staff Good breakfast
The room was a little ramped for the price, however it was spotlessly clean.
Bathroom a bit dirty
Staff are so helpfull
Entertainment was not great
Very helpful case taken from car boot, and taken to room. We asked for more milk as we are big tea drinkers, no problem was delivered to our room we could have had as much as we wanted. All staff very accomodating
The free car parking. The excellent staff. The wonderful service. The bright and fresh decor. The perfect modem room and ensuite. The cooked to perfection breakfast.
The shower pressure could have been better. I wish I could have stayed for longer.
breakfast bedrooms entertainment cleanlinest parking

The food .the room.the entertainment. The position. The staff.
The holiday ended to soon. When can we return. can we stop longer next time
wonderful location spotlessly clean professional kind and friendly staff .great breakfast huge choice cooked fresh.will return if I can get a room it seems to be filled with happy returnees.loved it.
nothing except I wanted to stay an additional night but it was unsurprisingly full !
Right on the water. Nice owner of the hotel.
The going rate for a hotel of this caliber is ($100 US) 50 pounds and I paid ($200) 100 pounds through booking.com. The locals laughed at us for paying this high high price. This is hotel for seniors on coach tours.
Food quality exceptional, care taken to check all was to our liking without pressure. Hotel modern and comfortable and all staff without exception brill
