Excellent all round, there to help you night and day, with a fantastic breakfast to complete the deal. Also one of the few places you can get #welsh lamb I found while staying Cardiff all round :D |

Excellent food, central location. Friendly staff Room was very small, and had to share a very small bathroom wih 4 other people. We were not expecting this and were very disappointed |

The hospitality of the staff and the excellent cooked breakfast, nothing was too much trouble. Shower curtain and loo brush needed replacing. I have informed the proprietors and been reassured that items would be renewed. |

Extremely helpful owners, who answered many questions about Cardiff and even weighed and wrapped a large map we posted later to Kent; delicious and varied breakfasts; friendly breakfast exchanges from other guests. |

PROS: + stayed 1 night @ 'Cardiff castle@ duoble nice room + very friendly, welcoming B&B with wonderfull attentive staff + great, fresh, delicious breakfast cook to order + good price value CONS: - slightly of centre location, although bus stop in front of hotel - our room had only a shared bathroom, which was clean. - slightly of centre location - shared bathroom |

I enjoyed being welcomed at the end of a long journey with a cafetiere of fresh coffee, full information about what was available locally and the friendliness of the guys. Breakfast was superb. As a vegetarian, I am fed up that I normally get the same as everybody else minus bacon, sausage, etc. At Ty Rosa, they had a great selection of vegetarian alternatives. It set me up for the day. |

Great amenities, great townhouse, nice big bed, nice hosts. The walk to the center is 20 minutes and not too pretty. |

Just perfect accommedation in Cardiff! Nice service, breakfast and rooms. I 100% will recommend friends to stay there. There is only one bathroom in each floor. Whenever someone is having a shower, we can't go to toilet which is unconvient. |

The welcome was excellent and very helpful with directions and a map. It almost felt that you were staying with friends, the breakfast was better then most of the hotel chains we have stayed in. |

Brilliant b&b in a great location - quiet street but buses outside the door. Paul and Stuart were excellent hosts. Dinner was very tasty and plentiful. Breakfast was an enormous selection and the best we've eaten at any hotel. Room was great and very comfortable. Why stay at a miserable chain hotel when you can stay here! Highly recommend. |

Ty Rosa was a quick taxi or a 20 minutes walk to the city center which made it much less expensive than places in right in town with a comfortable atmosphere. The walls were a little thin, we could hear every time someone walked down the hallway. |

Nice place and staff. Rooms were smaller than expected from description. Quiet street.Excellent breakfast. Unpleasent surprise was thet we were charged 40 pounds extra (extra bed) although we had right amount of people in our reservation. |

Paul and Stewart are a lovely couple and we were made to feel very welcome from the first minute we arrived, The B+B is very clean and cozy and the breakfast was excellent giving plenty of choice cooked to perfection. |
