The pleasant location, our room overlooked the golf course which made it feel very relaxing. The fact that we had to have our room key re-programmed twice in 3 days which was quite annoying. |

It is in a good position as a base for visiting the local area. Obviously meeting the requirements for its "Best Western" membership, it was nevertheless an uninspiring place and gave a feeling of tiredness. |

The hotel is in a lovely situation in the country,just ideal for a wedding reception with plenty of space for guests to move around also you have other facilities for people to make use of their time there. We were very satisfied with everything. |

The bar staff at the function were great and really helped to create an ambience . loved the childrens paintings in reception the hotel is soulless - needs a radical input of design style and personality |

Although it was a busy hotel the staff always had time for you. The facilities were too extensive,especially there seemed to be no reduction for not using them, golf excluded. |

Grounds, health club Music licence until 0030 and there was a very loud (music and DJ) party next to our room on Saturday night (most expensive night). Hotel brochure describes tv in room as "satellite". It does not even supply the full range of freeview stations and there is no access to digital text. There is however SKY TV in the bars. |

The setting was stunning, rooms were clean and comfortable, food was excellent and staff were extremely efficient and friendly. As it is such a large complex and the signage is not clear it was difficult to find your room! |
