Central, comfortable, ease of access.

TV could have been beter tuned and should have had the full range of freeview. There sould have been a clear indication of how to use the wi fi.

Depressing rooms, depressing location and not great value for money. This hotel lets down the Days Inn brand I think as I've stayed in other Days Inn hotels that felt much better than this one. They also completely ran out of stock one night of everything on the room service menu!! It was a busy weekend for Manchester, but this was a classic example of someone not planning ahead!!

Staff were all very friendly and helpful. The stay was comfortable and made far more acceptable by the staff.

The rooms could do with a makeover as they are looking a bit "tired". Our room safe didn't work and a lick of paint might have helped the overall effect.

SUPER location very near Piccadilly Station and the gay village. Free wired internet access in the room. SPOTLESS bathrooms (that is important)

The room was new and the shower was excellent, all very clean and excellent working order. Just the job for an overnight stay close to my business on hte oxford road.

Nice but ineffective staff. TV and Kettle worked in room. Room was quiet as requested.

The room to say the least was tiny. I booked a double for single occupancy, I would/could not have stayed here if 2 people were booked. Only enough room to get to open clothes hanging area. My understanding is that a double by law has to be accessible from both sides of the bed, this was not possible as the bed was crammed into a corner, neither was there enough room to alter this. I complained and was offered an upgrade for £15 extra. I object to paying £86 for a single room of this standard. Breakfast was dried out and cold.

it took us 45 minutes for us to check in, the member of staff was very slow and started talking to another customer while he was checking me and my friends in. he said he had upgraded us in our rooms, but we found the rooms to be very poor and when we saw other rooms we realised that our rooms had not been recently decorated like the others. we also ate in the resturant and found the service to be very slow and was very surprised to find that the main meal that 3 of us had chosen did not come with fries or any kind of potatoes.

Good location for national bus station. Room and bathroom was clean and fresh. Impressed by bar staff they did really good service. Thanks for them

Couldnt find any comfortable sit ( sofa etc) in the lobby. And didnt liked at all recieption staff who did check in he is pulling down hotels reputation. Even he didnt welcomed us as a required way. Negative feed back for him:(
