We went to see the jersey boys so stayed at the hotel which was very good and if we go to manchester again we would stay there again.
Room too hot Room small
Lack of organisation, over heated rooms.
Location is very good, very clean and comfy, very nice interier.
The staff were very friendly especially the young lady serving the drinks, she made is feel good, nothing was too much trouble.
There was nothing I didn't like.
Stuff are kind and helpfull
The hotel need to be renewed .bathroom leaks . They already prepared a claim form for broken things ! So if you star filling the claim form I think you vacation will be end in waiting for things to be fixed . I just ignored ! One important thing Is the chick is at 2 o'clock so don't try to come early !
constant slamming of bedroom doors throughout the night on every floor of the hotel, Never again !
-Staff -Location -Facilities
-Small Room -Not very Clean Room
Hotel was clean
Don't get a lot for the price paid
For a trip away for a couple of days this is the perfect hotel, very close to city centre. The staff are lovely and the room is small but not too small there is enough space, the bed is big and very clean. Would definitely go again.
But warm in the rooms, however it could have just been because the weather was warm and the rooms are small so not a lot of air gets in.
Polite efficient staff. Clean and modern room. Walking distance to Manchester Picadilly for early morning train to airport.
Convenient location, very nice staff, and decent room. Overall, satisfied with this hotel.
Very noisy ground floor pub during the weekends and slow internet speed
The room they show is they didn't give us and they were trying to ripping us off and am not happy with the services and everything
-Staff -Location, very close to specific Departments of the University of Manchester -Lobby, Cafe Bar
-Small Room -A little expensive for what you get
Within minutes walk of everything!
Wee bit of a rundown location for a new hotel.
very central clean city hotel
Clean, comfortable, quiet yet central, with friendly staff and a good breakfast.
parking in adjacent NCP car park was cramped and not very convenient for luggage.
Small, compact room but had everything I needed. Very clean with different lighting options not just one big light for the room. Lived the fact that an iron and board where already in my room
Very thin walls. More noise insulation needed as I could even hear the person next door put something on their small wall shelf. Back of toilet door, chipboard was cracked and needed replacing. Real tiles rather than lino tiles would give a superior feel. A plug socket by the bed should be mandatory especially as there is space on the shelf behind the bed.
very nice and welcoming staff, good location, clean and good value.
the Manchester weather, but that's not the hotels fault.
Clean , tidy very good staff
Very noisy , loud doors slamming etc
Perfect working wifi in the room and anywhere in the hotel Cleanliness Very comfy bed
Did not like the british breakfast (if you want sweet breakfast, variety is limited, coffee is too thin) low water pressure in the bathroom (fifth floor) MOST IMPORTANT POINT: THE FALSE FIRE ALARMS IN BOTH NIGHTS BETWEEN 3-4 pm DURING MY STAY I don't know why these alarms occured, but this is a major point not giving the hotel a recommendation. During my stay from friday to sunday there where three alarms: one in the evening, the others at friday and saturday night around 3. So it seems regular and must be technical issues I guess. Hope they fix it. What brings the very comfy bed if you get a heart attack every night due to alarm?
Hotel was lovely, and quiet and clean and modern too.
very clean friendly staff
fire alarm went off 8pm and 150am
size of room and window was easile accessible to intruders
