A beautiful location tucked under the cliff and two minutes walk down to Bouley Bay. Comfortable and full of quirky character. Very friendly service from all the staff. Lovely breakfast. In spite of timed electric towel rail in shower room, we could never seem to get the towels quite dry, so they were a bit fusty and it was difficult to tell whether they were changed or not.

Would definatley recommend the Undercliff Guest House. Set in a very peaceful location with lovely views. The room was very spacious, very clean and comfortable, with a large bed and nice shower room. Owners and staff were all very helpful and friendly. Good breakfast served at the Undercliff and a nice pub just down the road for evening meals if you don't fancy driving. Very Nice!

1- The English breakfast was very good 2- The view was splendid / good location without kids - a bit remote (no beach with sand) but good for hiking 3- The holders were friendly 1- The room was very basic - carpets could be cleaned / beds not very comfortable 2- The house is on Jersey Island which is dependent on ferry availability - we caught the last spots on the ferry (after being on stand-by) - booking.com should caution about this as we would have booked a room we could not have gone to.... which could be viewed as not very transparent 3- This is not a hotel but a B&B and this should clearly be stated - not a 4 start hotel

the setting was beautiful, the guest house was friendly, and relaxed, breakfast was at 9 o clock which was great when we came to check out we were surprised at the cost, this is because we hadnt paid for it yet even though i believed we had paid for it when we booked it back in october, so it was a bit embarrasing but the manager was understanding and he said this had happened before, that booking . com had not explained this clearly, we were lucky enough to have the money available but it would have been embarrasing if we didnt have itbut no actual complaints about the guest house

Prachtige rustige plek op 3 minuten van kiezelstrand. Vriendelijke gastvrouw en gastheer. Netjes. Prima ontbijt. Ligt tussen de start van wandelpaden in. Prima restaurant 'The Black Dog' naast de deur. Minder geschikt voor fietsers. Ligt onderaan een cliff, behoorlijke steile helling. Kiezelstrand is even wennen.
