Almost new/newly refurbished. very high standard, very clean excelent value for money.

I read that someone posted about too far away from London Centre - not as much. Extremely close to the Tube you reach the centre in 20-ish minutes which is great. I wasn't also bothered at all from the noise made by trains as they stop around 01am and restart around 5am, so if you go sightseing and shopping as I did, they are barely noticeable

Its literary next to the tube station and also a bus station is across the street from the hotel. The hotel/room is nicely designed, fresh refurbishment. Cosy, comfortable and clean. Tea/coffee making facilities are available and room was quite big.

Safety deposit box was not provided in the room, which would be convenient to have in the room.

Room was very clean and homely. Very easy to find from station. Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby.

Take eye mask and ear plugs! Room was still light even with the blinds drawn. The hotel is literally next to the train line AND above a pub where a football match was on, so it was quite rowdy until after 11pm. I still liked the room, so it just depends how bothered by this you are.

It was clean and modern and close to the tube and the centre of Golders Green.

Cleanliness

The location was great for us to travel into central london for the night. The staff were friendly. We stayed in the family room, 4 adults which was great as we had the interconnecting room. The rooms were spotlessly clean. Highly recommend.

Security first class. Receptionist friendly and informative. Room spotless and warm. Beds comfortable and again spotless. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel or using this hotel again if the need arises

Asked to produce picture id never carry it. Cant close blinds or open them had to get receptionist to do it as they are locked behind window.

I really liked the simplicitty and cleanliness of the room. I was very comfortable and proximity to shops, transport and restaurants is great. The young reception staff were friendly and keen to help but a little lacking in area knowledge and procedures in some instances.

Due to it's great location, it is near the railway line which meant that it was noisy on and off through the night.

Small room for 3 people but not really an issue as only one night.

The room was very clean and tidy, and the location was very central with Camden Town only four tube stops away (10 mins). Price was pretty reasonable as well.

The room was uncomfortably warm even though I turned the heating off. As large fans are provided I had it turned on all night, and that solved the problem.

Most previous hotels I have booked by the computer have been very disappointing, Hotel Unique was honest and correct about its description, etc. I liked the covered outdoor restaurant.

The slight problem was trying to unlock the ground door entrance late in the evening.

Very near to the tube station and the National Express bus stop, hotel staff nice and very kind. The rumors of the trains made are baby very happy every time when the train passed, so it was not a problem at all, on the contrary.

No lifts, a dificulty for the families with babies.

The hotel is fixed up nicely...everything looks new and clean.

Only feet away from trains. It was so hot in the room that we had no choice but to open the window. The noise was unbearable. The windows were very soundproof so if they could just get the heat down, then it wouldn't have been so bad!! Also, next to no water pressure in the shower.
