What I liked best wasn't at all the hotel, but the location it is, as it is located in the heart of Southall shopping area. The hotel isn't at all a 3 star hotel.I Arrived 4 hours before check-in time and they wanted me to stay outside until 11am, they don't have a lobby where the customer can sit down & relax. Room stinking and wifi V.poor.i don't recommend for family neither single.

Says car parking available, 2 spaces, beware. Street parking horrendous. £55 for single room inc breakfast, until your bed base coming apart, wardrobe door leaning on wall, tv that you can only watch one channel, just! To top it off, breakfast doesn't start till 8.30. I, like most people, need to start work at 8, so asked if could have a reduced rate, as breakfast too late, was point blank refused.

Close to shopping centre Fast internet connection only at the reception and close by rooms I guess On high street with too much traffic noise late into the night and very early in the morning No quite No lifts No potters, so had to hall my loggages myself up the stairs Poor wireless internet (WiFi) in rooms, had to always leave my room to the reception to use the internet

The bed sheets and pillows were clean. The location is good. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. There is no lift and the hotel is on 1st and 2nd floor. The pathway is narrow and it is difficult to carry luggage. Room was not clear. Carpet was poor and smelly. Room wall was not clean. Shower was broken and the toilet was old. Though the bed sheets were clearn, I would not recommend staying in this hotel with kids at all. When going to this place again, I would rather change the plan instead of staying at this place.

It was a very bad experience over all for us..... Universal plaza hotel is very dirty.... First they have given a room the wardrobes were broken and dirty and after that we asked for a better room they suggest us another room, it was horrible we slept with lot of bed bugs over all its very disappointing and bad experience for us. They charged us £70 for the worst facilities.Finally we cancelled our booking for our return journey.

It is in good location, The bust stop is just infornt of the Hotel and all other communication to Southall broadway is very nearer. The rooms are very compact and the Wifi internet connection did not work most of the time, TV channel cable is not connected properly and no TV channels are appearing with good picture quality, TV remotes are not working, while asking the same to representetive she says they dont have TV remotes..Al together I had a very bad experience with Universal Plaza hotel and I can rate the hotel very Poor I am afraid.

Neat & clean. The air-condition ran the entire night with severe noise and the room temp. turned under 16 deg celcius which is unhealthy and should be according to WHO 20 C !! There was no switch to turn off the air-cooler to stop that noise which was as if a vacuam cleaner running the entire night ! Fortunately, i took some sleeping pills to fall into sleep !!! Just the low cost! I think they are lying about the wifi. I didn't get any signal of the APN the receptionist gave me. Upon asking, she said there might be something wrong with my laptop. Not much point banging my head against hers then.

it wasn't what was said on the site before booking it, there never was no sky tv, hardly the tv was working, there never was parking, there wasn't no tea/coffee, not even kettle, no shampoo or body wash, very disappointed was a real misleading customers.

I like that moment when I step out of Universal Plaza Hotel, I was so happy inspite the 50 pounds they took it from me as a plenty, but it worth, may be it is the most valuble 50 pounds I had ever spent, I wish that my english is good to describe that moment, can I write in Arabic!!

Leuk was het dat je direct in de centrum zat... Het hotel mag een eigen parkeer gelegenheid aanbieden en met wat veiligheid bieden. Het is verschriklijk om mee temaken dat je auto voor het hotel waar je overnacht word ingebroken. En alles wat in de auto was hebben meegenomen. Dat is ook een taak van z'ón hotel.maar dat was een groot gemis. En het hotel ook niet meewerkt om zelfs de klant te hulp te staan. Een woord het is slecht geregeld met deze hotel. De bedgoed was ook niet geurloos. Dus geen schone bedgoed. Verder waren de bedden wel goed kamer mocht wat schoner uitzien.

Hotel midden in centrum van Southall Hotel onderhoud slecht, verf afbladeren, gordijn hangen scheef, zeer slecht isolatie, je hoort buiten geluiden terwijl ramen dicht zijn. Tv niet ingesteld. Oude vloerbedekking. Weinig handdoeken in kamer. Doche slecht onderhouden. Lekkage in doche, tijdens dochen lekte water naar onder verdieping.
