The staff were efficient and friendly. It is in a quiet location. The bedrooms and bathrooms are getting tired and need updating.

Reasonable price for accommodation provided which was clean and comfortable. Was very dissapointed however on arrival to find a wedding marquee complete with extremely loud disco outside our door. Although the staff agreed to move our room and we were (after three changes) given a room away from the noise, we were dissapointed that the venue had tried to initally give us such a substandard service as it was quite obvious this would be a problem. The rooms are reasonably priced but not cheap, a party in full swing outside the door was never going to be acceptable.

The staff were lovely. I needed to take my friends assistance dog to the hotel for a couple of hours which was not a problem at all and greatly appreciated. Since booking I've received lots of emails and there was advertising there for stays @ £19 per night. Our 2 night stay including breakfast was £168. I have stayed in lots of hotels and didn't feel the hotel warrented this cost. The room facilities were very basic - no glasses in bathroom, only 2 teabags but lots of coffee - I don't drink coffee.

The hotel/conference centre seems very remote, but you are actually only 5 minutes away from the centre of High Wycombe. The hotel has lovely grounds. The bathrooms were a little dated, and the room we were staying in was in a separate block, which was quite nice, but the external door was sometimes locked and our card key would not open it so we had to go to reception to be let in a couple of times.

Close to our intended destination. The price of the room. The most comfortable beds - we stay there regularly. The price of the breakfast has increased by £3.00 since we last stayed there, so we will be looking for somewhere else to eat in future.

The room was ok, the tv didnt work, the wifi signal was so weak it wouldnt allow me to do anything. The food was awful and the fan that switched in every hour woke me up. Combine that with the noise from the doors this was my worst possible hotel experience and I will never use De Vere Hotels again. This was then made worst as I needed to leave Hotel at 6am, but I couldnt get in or find anyone to check out so I left without checking out. Shambles.

The evening meal menu was restrictive. The dish I chose arrived after 45 minutes dry and overcooked. Pan fried chicken and dauphinoisse potatoes should be a dish that is difficult to get wrong. Having complained about the meal I waited a further 30 minutes to be served chicken that again was overcooked and potatoes that were dry but had a side order of cheese sauce to moisten them. In fairness I was not charged but the dining experience was poor after what had been a long hard day.

Comfortable overnight stay on return trip from Gatwick airport to N. Wales. Didn't have time to explore all facilities - room very clean and comfortable, breakfast good value for money. Staff most helpful and obliging. Wil stay gain when travelling in the area. Only one chair in room - difficult to arrange when working, etc. No drinking glass - for water, etc.

The price for the weekend is great. This is the 4th time that we have stayed there and although the bathrooms are not brilliant the beds have always been really comfortable. It is also just 1.5 miles from our friends location. The breakfast is also reasonably priced. The tiles in the bathroom could have done with re-grouting and the shower hose needed replacing. Not keen on paying £2.50 credit card fee on a £19.50 bill, so now we pay by debit card.
