Urban Beach Hotel  

Room was very comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was the best ever.

Bathroom was a little small but as we were only there one night it wasn't a problem.

Fantastic quality of finishings. Every detail accounted for. Staff incredibly helpful and friendly. Cocktails were brilliant!

Room was a little noisy as directly above the bar. Once the bar was shut it was deadly quiet but started up again early in the morning.

Great stay Fantastic staff. Great trendy yet relaxed feel- food was great! Breakfast was on till 1130:-) and was supurbe. Room was good tad small , bed was great and toiletries including bath salts were spot on.Great romantic stay- or chilled stay- but more than enough life to keep you entertained. Definitely a unique feel- a1 thanks

Price was good as we got a late price deal possibly a little expensive if full price but above description makes it hard to complain on any front:-)

The staff were exceptionally friendly and accomodating, when we arrived early the room was ready and they were also able to accomodate a late check out on our departure day. It had a great, laid back atmosphere, the food was excellent and there was a good atmosphere in the bar/restaurant.

The friendly welcome and relaxed atmosphere. The food and drink was good ands well served. The waiting staff couldn't do enough for you. The decking area was a real plus especially with the good weather. The great thing is the hotel was not the norm and was individualistic. Would definetely go back

Despite the enormous age gap between the staff and me, there is alsays a very warm welcome and nothing is too much trouble.

Would liked to have had an evening meal in the hotel but found menu very restricted and highly priced. As was the drinks. Also although the room was comfortable and clean think it is a little overpriced for a one night stay. £123.00

I really liked the friendly staff and decor at the hotel. The dining room and bar have a great atmosphere. Nothing was too much trouble and we were looked after very well.

A great atmospher and excellent food. The decore of the room was tastful, of a high standard and clean, the bed very comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble. Young energetic and attentive staff.

Room number 5 was uncomfortably hot as it's situated above the kitchen and when we opened the one window we had the unpleasant smell of fumes! There eas no hairdryer available and no minibar (fridge) and the bathroom tap was broken and the sink is too small which means that water spills over the floor when using. Unfortunately, there is very limited parking and nowhere to safely store bicycles. Finally, the downstairs/public toilets were unclean and poorly maintained which was a pity. However, inspite of this we loved our stay and found the staff remarkably helpful and enthusiastic - well done.
