Vale Resort  

Superb leisure, spa and golf facilities. The staff throughout the Vale Resort/complex were most helpful and curteous. We had a most enjoyable stay and look forward to visiting the Vale again.

We were very disappointed that the restaurant was not open. The grill served what we would describe as "mediocre pub grub".

Long walk from where I parked with 3 work bags and my overnight bag, a sign for drop off and pick up would be good

I think the location is fantastic when travelling from the m$ as is its close proximity to Cardiff for leisure. The staff are always extremely friendly and helpful and the bar off the reception area is very cool in design, we particularly enloy the Vettriano artwork.

I think the standard of food could be greatly improved - we choose not to eat at the hotel

The Golf Courses. The Quality & Comfort of the rooms.

The price of Drinks. The rather lax service & quality of food in the Golf Club Bar. The small sheet size of the toilet rolls. Not enough signage for car parks.

Excellent standards of service and the room and facilities were above average. The bed was the best ever! Could not fault much. Staff very helpful. Smart colour schemes, clean, and impressively large. Seemed lots of choice of outlets. Golf nearby was the best and best valued course we have played.

F&B standards not bad but not up to the rest.

Excllent setting. Great facilities. Not too far from Cardiff if you want to shop. A golfer paradise

The hotel resturant service was very poor for dinner and at brekfast. we waited 10mins even before being greated and directed to our reserved table- disappointing

The position and the aervice from the staff

Because it was St valentine's weekend we could not book the restaurant at a convenient time for the children.

La proximité de Cardiff, tout en étant au milieu de la campagne. Le calme ambiant, et un très bon rapport qualité/prix. La salle de Gym, la piscine chauffée, l'aire de jeux pour les enfants à proximité du restaurant sont aussi des atouts de cet hotel.Les équipement du spa sont de top qualité, par contre je n'ai pas du avoir de chance et suis tombé sur une masseuse débutante probablement... Ce n'est pas du tout de la faute de l'hotel, mais plutôt de l'équipe du spa; je pense qu' une vérification du savoir des "thérapeutes" est nécessaire; Toutefois je tiens à préciser qu'un remboursement partiel de la prestation de la masseuse à été effectué dès la première demande. Nous reviendrons très bientôt
