The staff were friendly and helpful - I really appreciated being able to leave my luggage there on my last day until I was ready to go to the airport. And the location is great. The room was small (and the bathroom was very small), but this was my expectation anyway. |

The service was excellent and the price too! They only charged me an extra 30 pounds for a late check out ie at 6pm! If you are staying on the top floor, no lift can be a hassle due to all the stairs but they do take care of the luggage! |

The structure was very nice but the room quiet tiny. The lobby behind the reception and the small garden are absolutely delicious. The carpet in the room didn't look very new and clean In general was good. I was surprised to be asked to pay in advance as this was not clear in the reservation.The total cost I paid is quiet good value for money, but could be better.The real reason I have chosen it was the kitchen. |

The hotel provided quality facilities with everything in the room being fairly new and in full working order. All staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel was kept spotlessly clean. The public lounge and garden were beautifully presented. My room was on the top floor, access being by a slightly narrower and steeper stair than for lower floors. On future visits I would ask for a room on the lower floors, if available. |

If you do not mind climbing narrow stairs and small rooms, then in terms of cleanliness, helpful staff and close proximity to a tube station (5-min walk but you will have to get directions in advance) this is a very good place to stay. |

Quiet location. Nice room for price. Modern facilities. Overall very good. Had to walk up four flights of stairs (narrow) to get to room which would be particulalry awkward if you had a lot of luggage. |

Everything was awesome. Really nice little kitchen, shower etc. Nice bed. All china/cutlery included. Very clean, very helpful and friendly staff. Excellent value for money. Tube stop down the street. Will go again. |

Really good value for money, and an excellent room, especially considering it is in London Room was underneath 24hr reception, so noises in the night were a little annoying. |

La propreté (surtout pour Londres !), le personnel très agréable et disponible, le quartier, le calme de la chambre, l'équipement de la chambre malgré sa petite taille, la mise à disposition d'informations utiles dans un petit classeur dans la chambre (notamment restaurants classés par spécialités (breakfast, pub, familiales, gastronomiques,...)), La taille de la chambre, l'absence de petit dej', pas d'ascenseur |

Le calme, l'emplacement, la propreté et l'accueil. Les studios avec kitchenette sont très fonctionnels. Exactement ce que nous recherchions. 4 étages à monter par un escalier de plus en plus étroit. Cela peut être gênant avec de grosses valises. |

Lage in Bayswater, familiäre Atmosphäre, Garten im Hinterhof, putziges Ambiente, gute Restaurant Tipps liegen im Zimmer aus, ruhig trotzdem 'zentral', sehr sauber, sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. 4. Stock, steile Treppen ohne Lift ist für Untrainierte mit Koffer eine Herausforderung ;-) |
