Very close to Victoria Coach Station!

We stayed in room 1. the Shower was dirty and Water didn't drain properly leading to a soaking wet floor, the bathroom was big enough for a closet and I'm being very serious, you literally had to climb over the toilet to get to the shower, undressing was imposable inside the bathroom room. No curtain on the window and two other rooms overlooked ours, outside there were building works going on which we had to cautiously climb over to get out of our room, I could go on with what has to be my worst ever stay in a hotel, but I wont, the only advice I can give to anybody planing to stay here is that its not a hotel room, its a bed for the night and an over priced one!

It is by far the WORST place I have EVER BEEN. It was dirty, the sheets were dirty, with hair that was not mine. The bathroom was disguisting, with hair, another people soap on the floor, and it had BLOOD on the towel. It seemed like an horror movie, like a freak joke. The shower didn't work, the water was not hot enough in winter time. It was 3 drops of water and that's it.... I will NEVER go back. And the staff, I mean, they coudn't be more UNPOLITE that they were. And they were weird, I felt they could have a meltdown at any moment...

Street noise can be heard. Noisy neighbors. Smelly and very tiny bathroom. Towels were never replaced. Dirty floor. staff charged us for leaving the baggage for few hours which i never experienced at other hotels.

Super dirty - do not come here! The first time I opened my bed there was a hair and the room looked like it had never been cleaned I couldn't touch the remote and the tv did not work and the room is so small you can barely put your thing anywhere and your afraid to touch anything. It's really uncomfortable. The breakfast it's just toasts and coffee nothing special at all and the kitchen its a mess I wonder if it has ever been cleaned at all. I try not to think I ate something that came out of there. On top of that, the shower was not hot enough and its horrible to wake up and take an cold shower

Location, location and location! Just 800 m from Victoria Station - 7 min to get there on foot, then by tube or bus to any place in London. Otherwise, it took us half an hour to walk to Sloane St and Harrods (though we did not buy anything there :) or 20 min to Big Ben and the Thames. Finally, coaches to low-cost airports also depart from Victoria, so getting there at 4 AM was not a problem.

There was no iron and scales at the reception, you had to go through toilet and shower to enter the room (though it was part of the room). Not all rooms are like that, so you may try to change. However, at a price of one night in a 4-star hotel we got 5 nights here, so the complaints are really minor.

The room I stayed in (11) had a very strange layout where you are presented with the en suite shower wet room / loo as the first room and you have to go through this to get in and out haha! Like nothing I have ever seen. It was just me and my brother roughing it for a gig so it was okay, but would have been a bit put off if I took my wife to stay there

when you walked in the door you imediately walked through the shower area before you came to your room this was fine until you had a shower then you had to walk through a wet shower to get out of the door which was not very good has the shower floor was still very wet. also the breakfast was very basic just coffee + toast

In the middle of the night water started dripping through the ceiling in the bathroom making a horrible noise,which woke us up.We went downstairs to inform the staff about the situation,they said we will take care of it in the morning but after 10 mins short-circuit happened and power went off,which was very scary and dangerous.So we went again to force someone to check it right away .The receptionist went to room above and fixed the tap which was opened running the whole time,causing the problem. But unfortunately that didn't help as water was continuously dripping the whole night.When we woke up next morning carpet int the room was soaking wet as well,plus no power in the room,fortunately it was our last night at vegas hotel.

Room surprisingly spacious and comfortable

The bathroom was very tiny and you had to step the shower to get to the toilet. If you were sat on the toilet your feet were in the shower tray and try to negotiate this slippery floor at night was not ideal

The receptionist James, was very knowledgeable and communicated well. He answered all our questions about Wi-Fi access, breakfast and luggage. He also assisted with our luggage. I requested extra linen and a new shower curtain and he acted on the requests immediately. James also followed up to ensure our stay was as comfortable as he could make it. He was also very polite. So was the attendant at the breakfast kitchen. The layout of the breakfast area was nice. There was always someone at reception when we needed them and there was no delay in getting attended to. The staff were extremely courteous and well trained, and genuinely cared about my needs. The linen, (bed sheets and towels), were white, fresh and clean. The room and the common spaces in the hotel always smelt nice.

The breakfast was disappointing, (tea, coffee, orange juice) and sliced white bread with butter or jam, and store brand corn flakes - no alternatives offered. It is as advertised on the website, however, I have stayed at other hotels in this area, with some sort of nutrition in the first meal of the day. The room was very small. We had room number 8 with a window view overlooking the street, which was nice, however the room was so cramped that the bed occupied most of the space from the wall at the window to the shower wall. The bathroom door literally opened into the shower, and access to the toilet was through the shower, which is uncomfortable when the shower floor is wet. I had to request a new shower curtain as the one which was provided in the room, wreaked of vomit. My request for a new shower curtain was answered promptly, however the replacement provided was too short which caused water to splash out, resulting in a wet, already cramped toilet floor. There is absolutely no storage for anything, apart from a few coat hooks and towel hooks on the back of the main and shower doors. I had to place my one large piece of luggage under the safe cabinet, in the same space where the coat hangers were, and my smaller luggage and computer bag was placed on the floor next to the bed, in an already narrow space between the bed and the wall, which left barely any room for walking when alighting the bed. There was a very small bedside table and no other furniture in the room. There was a flat screen T.V. mounted on the wall above the bed with Free View programming. It was nice that there was a T.V. in the room but the only way to watch it was if you were lying on the bed. The carpet on the thinner space between the bed and the wall was appeared to need vacuuming as it was very dusty.

Close to Victoria Station and within walking distance of Buckingham Palace. Staff friendly!

It's NOT a hotel. It's a Bed and Breakfast in a converted house. Very SMALL hallway to room downstairs as all other rooms were up several flights; NO elevator! Room very cramped. Can't turn around in the VERY small bath area. Breakfast was toast and juice - nothing else. VERY disappointed in what we got for what we paid. Should be billed as a rat hole. DO NOT stay here.
