The service was excellent and the extras included in the booking were a nice touch
The pillows weren't great, and you were able to hear noise from other rooms easily, for example lights being turned on and off, this did effect the quality of our sleep.
The only thing nice is the our room had a balcony to a very nice view
The staff, service and hotel quality are poor!!!
The whole experience was horrendous. I am very apaaled that a company can actually do this. Customer service was totally poor and I felt like I was being bullied with so many restrictions. I had to pay for the car park which was not fair at all.
This hotel is absolutely stunning! Room was beautiful with a seriously comfortable bed, friendly staff and in a really great location! Will definitely be back again!
Carpeted areas outside the room could have been hoovered... But otherwise in general it was very clean and tidy.
The staff are fantastic very helpful and great personallity. Advised all friends to stay as I think it's one of the best hotels I've stayed in
everything. really like the idea of docking stations in room, playing own tunes whilst having few drinks!
Style, staff, sleep, and stuff.
What is not to like? Maybe the noise from an extractor fan somewhere but really who cares?
It was next door to the place I was visiting
The rooms are a little dark ideal for a bedroom but not so good when you drop an earring on the floor
I loved the comfort of the bed.The attention to detail given from turning down the bed to smooth radie to fresh ice and fresh milk and cookies down to lighting in the bathroom etc.The staff where wonderful and extremely helpful.
The whole experience
comfy bed, clean
too noisy gothic décor expensive
Location was perfect very central.room beautiful
Staff were fabulous throughout my stay. Had a family emergency whilst I was there and they couldn't have been more understanding. Intend to come back with my partner and properly enjoy the hotel's hospitality.
Room, bed, shower and bath, room service, breakfast
Long wait for room service
I've stayed here several times, and the hotel is very high-quality. Staff are friendly and helpful, and the food is good.
I was put in a room opposite reception, which meant it was quite noisy.
Bath butler and added extras
No spa facilities
Great location and lovely setting for a romantic night away.
Balcony wasn't very private and couple next door were smoking so could smell that on ours
I booked this hotel for my husbands 30th and I'm so glad I did. The room was stunning and really clean. The staff were friendly. When we got back of an evening we had chocolates on our pillows and relaxing music on. I would definitely stay again
Friendliness Quirkiness Style
A little loud at times, but that's just part of the hub of the location
A big room and a huge bathroom with floor heating and walk-in double shower. Very friendly staff at checkin and checkout. Location at only a few minutes walk from Manchester Picadilly station.
Breakfast starts at 7:00, but the buffet wasn't complete until 7:30 and despite me being the only guest, I had to wait quite long before I could order a second cappuccino as the staff disappeared in the kicychen for most of the time...
Personell was verry friendly and the accomodations where super as was the food Good...
If i have to make something it would be a rather stupid remark "The lift was verry slow" place for a litlle improvement ..
Great location Room size Decoration Staff very polite Great value for money
Slightly noisy outside but not affecting sleep
Excellent hotel without a doubt the best in manchester , let down by the location very heterophopic towards young couples felt very out of place .... Stick to northern quarter for nights out .. Apart from the location the hotel was above standard however a little overpriced
Staff were very friendly and very good at check-in.location of hotel was great, bathroom was large, clean and very modern. Lovely big carved wooden bed and mirror in our room, the little touches like fresh milk, ice and sliced fruit replenished when returning after being out for the evening were nice too.
Nothing really apart from the phone call a few hours after checking out enquiring if I'd "mistakenly" packed away the Runner from the bed that housekeeping had put in the bottom of the wardrobe.
Cleaning staff really rude, reception unwilling to admit to room a moment before 3pm and insisting on copies of passports with no reason given
