Very good spread at short notice as prior booked hotel burnt down, very friendly and helpful staff.A Nice attitude at th bar while being swamped by wedding revellers.A Really nice cat called Felix!! Window wouldnt close fully but as expected its an old village with old buildings so not really a fault,i myself wasnt bothered.Uneven floor maybe an older person may have tripped up? Taps in sink a little jammed up an shower low pressure, but hot! Bed comfy but duvet very thin.Toilet seat a little small,a little tight for larger guests sitting down.

The fact that the hotel was undergoing major renovation works, and this was not mentioned on their website. No restaurant or bar. Breakfast was eatern in the childrens play room until our last morning, because other unfortunates had arrived. We found it discomforting to eat breakfast with workmen walking by and workmen looking through the window at us. First time that I have experienced a bathroom shelf in a hotel over the wc and not over the sink. The wall between our bathroom and the room next dooe was so tin that all their intimate noices, and I suppose ours were clearly audible. We are fully aware works are carried out over the quite winter period, but it should be stated on the website, as well as the fact that there is no restaurant or bar.
