The bath with the TV amazing
Spa, room, and view
It's a bit far from the train station.
Hotel staff were helpful and friendly. Spa was amazing. Would recommend to anyone wanting a special weekend. Room had a great view of the river and the heliport.
The complete package.
The location was a little bit away from things but there is always taxis or busses !
Helicopters landing, rooms and breakfast. Location.
If it had a pool so family could use it then would of been 5 star all the way
I liked how the staff where trying there best to be accommodating, good service from some of them, spa was great very relaxing. Upgraded our room on second day free of charge which was nice.
Dressing gowns very tatty and falling apart looked well used however they give the spa visitors lovely fluffy white robes not sure why they don't to staying customers. Staff do not communicate well with each other. House keeper was so rude. Checked in at 5pm and was told my room wasn't ready yet.
Room Desk staff Helpfulness
Breakfast No free wifi
Best hotel I have stayed at, me and the boyfriend abso loved it, bath it the tv was great, we just didn't know how to work the air con, mini bar was great! Loved it
Only bad point I could find was that I didn't know the spa was complimentary until we arrived, so we had nothing to wear to go in the hydro pool or spa, was so gutted! Defo coming back!
Staff Great room size clean room facilities bathroom
complimentary water would have been nice in the room after a long hot london day getting there
Modern, great bedrooms and bathroom. Bar and restaurant are modern and food is good quality. Overall a very relaxed palce to stay in such a busy city.
the location is a little out of the way and semi inductrial when you drive in but this is only a small negative
The size of rooms and luxury. the price compared to our usual hotel. connecting through canary wharf. the views are good.
breakfast cold, no where near premier inn quality, despite a lot to choose from. transport time to and from the hotel. the last scruffy 100yards to the hotel.
Loved the facilities Loved the staff Loved the valet service
No windows that opened! Couldn't get onto balcony, very disappointed. The bath robes were vile, didn't use them. WIFI sparodic Rail/Tube links a little far
Staff were friendly and room was clean. The bathroom was of high standard.
Wi-fi barely worked and many times there was no phone signal. Bed was way too soft. For a five star hotel, the amenities were not very many--for example one bottle of water and no snacks complimentary. Also, no iron and board in the room (had to call for one). Normally five star hotels have all the things you might need. However, by London standards this hotel is good (by Dubai standards it falls short).
Friendly staff. Big room and bathroom. Near the River Thames.
No sign for entry to parking lot. The car nearly got hit by the gate on the way out of the parking lot in the basement. No tube station nearby.
If I am being honest, Everything was ok, but it was missing the 5* wow factor for me personally. The hotel and staff were fine but nothing like a 5* experience I have had previously.
Large modern rooms with excellent views at a great price for London. Friendly and helpful staff.
Location suffers from poor transport links and is expensive to get to by taxi from Central London
Room was very comfortable, bathroom excellent
Poor transport links to city
Really nice place, if you know the area you'll appreciated it even more. I will definitely come back.
The staff were all exceptionally helpful and friendly. Highly recommend
The staff were helpful and the hotel was quite nice overall
The AC has some problems so it might be tough to sleep !!
Nice comfortable bed, views not bad. Some staff good, but too wide ranging, driver dropped us off at local train station no issue.
Breakfast poor service, beans and scrambled eggs watery and tasteless, bacon fatty and poor. Overall service at breakfast poor.
Staff at breakfast and dinner was exceptional and excellent.
Need to sharpen up on guidence to london s sites with maps and better directions would have been appeciated. the map photo copy was quite sad seamed like this support was not catered for.
Nice view - well glazed rooms!
Air-con in room was a little aggressive
service at breakfast could have been better (was a bit brusque and quite slow). No toiletries or wine glasses in our room.
