Everything about this hotel was lovely the staff, room ,cleanliness,breakfast,wi-fi and parking all above board .Already looking to book for a long weekend
Fabulous hotel. Late deal price. Would definitely return
room okay, room service v-good.
Very comfortable beds Friendly helpful staff Great Facilities Would definatly stay again
Not the hotels fault, but very little to do in the immediate area
Very nice place. Rooms were spacey and modern.
No cell service in room, then charged for outgoing local phone call. Spa was messy first day we were there. Was nice spa though. Only one way shuttles, would be helpful to have return too as not familiar with the area.
The room, spa, and bar/restaurant facilities were great. We were upgraded and the room had panoramic views of the Thames and City.
There wasn't any availability at the Spa for treatments, but the facilities were nice.
Nothing! Waste of time and money! The guests where rude and loud and the receptions had no idea of there job the spa was filthy! Never again
I loved this hotel- booked last minute and chosen for it's Southern proximity it was an incredible surprise to find that this hotel was ultimate modern luxury but completely welcoming for the single female traveller. A plus was watching the helicopters take off from the helipad!
Price of food was terrible for what it was
Very clean, lovely food
Was miss-sold a room with a river view. Was given a view of heli pad with a tiny bit of river in the background. I paid extra for the view of the river but was told that my room is a river view room!
I was a bit sceptical about booking this hotel, but i was pleasantly suprised. The hotel was excellent. The staff were very friendly, even upgrading our room without request which was lovely. We had a room with river and helipad view and suprisingly the room was adequately soundproofed. The room itself was excellent, with the comfiest pillows, catering for both all needs with both soft and hard pillows. The facilities were of a very good standard and i hope to visit this hotel again in the future. This had got to be one of my most favourite hotels that i have stayed at.
The only downside was that the TV in the bathtub was not working and disconnected. Also the wi-fi was not very good at times. These were the only let downs
The rooms are beautiful, the bed so comfy we didnt want to get out of it! Although the breakfast was definitely worth getting up for! 5* for a fantastic price, we will definitely be back!!
The hotel is a little out of the way if youre visiting central london - about 10 minutes walk from clapham junction - not too far but a bit of a pain if getting back late at night. But its definitely worth it for the amazing value for money you get compared to more central hotels.
The room was gorgeous although the TV in bathroom didn't work :-(
View. Would recommend river views if staying low level
Service absolutely great and the hotel is wonderful.
This is the 2nd stay and in total I have spent over 6 days in ur suite.ur food is very poor and ur drinks at the bar are way to strong
The reception interior was nice
Upon arrival I was told my room was given away as I didn't respond to an email that was sent to me at 6.25am the same morning of my stay despite them having my phone number. It was my partners birthday and they ruined the whole thing. The staff were unhelpful and not sympathetic at all in regards to my situation. As the hotel was sold out I was told to check other hotels which would cost me double the price.I would not reccommend or stay at this hotel again.
The spa and the treatment was great, and made it worth it. The breakfast was also excellent. The room was lovely and spotlessly clean.
The spa was not as thoroughly clean as I would have expected for a 5* (eg dirty shower grouting, etc) but the place was busy and the staff kept regularly checking and cleaning. My main criticism would be that the front desk staff did not make clear at check-in their policy to "pre-authorise" (ie take full payment from your card/account for at least first night as well as the incidentals, and that it can take 5 working days to repay, and it can be a large sum, hundreds of £s). I was not thrilled that they didn't explain this at the start, and when I raised it the staff member didn't apologise for not informing me in advance, I was disappointed. I think this sort of policy should be advertised.
The hotel spa facility (free to guests) was fabulous. Perfect for unwinding after a long day out in the city. Very lush room with exceptionally comfy bed.
Unnecessarily complicated electronic system of lighting. Location could be better as the surrounding area is not particularly pretty.
Room had view over the Thames Large and beautiful sheets and pillows. Bathroom was amazing with TV and views over the Thames
Security! All doors to exits locked all the time. This caused great anxiety for me! Doors are unlocked centrally if there was a problem but I like to walk down the stairs and I couldn't! Also room was so hi tech, no instructions so we couldn't work anything ! Such as shame! Both these issues mean I would never stay again!
The service was excellent loved every detail of the room. Perfect view. Definitely would go back again!!
It's a lovely place and a great view. Rooms nice and big, bathrooms excellent and bed really comfy. Staff good, but never saw the same one twice over days!
Wifi didn't work for 2 days, nothing in the room to tell you how to use the television in the bathroom and if you didn't want to eat in the hotel, the other restaurants are few and far between.
