Hotel Verta by Rhombus (菱形韦尔塔酒店)  

Luxury facilities, you can see the Thames river in your room, but the air conditioner's controller didn't work, the room temperature kept in 18 Celsius degree on that evening. Not convenient location, only recommend this hotel to the people who drive car to get there.

本来以为可以在游泳池游一下，结果发现水还没腰深.....

Friendly staff, great room. Interesting to be near the heliport.

The shuttle to Sloane Sq doesn't start till 0930 so useless for business purposes. Also it's one way only. Very disappointing

There was nothing not to like about this hotel. It was nice to stay in a hotel near the city with such a relaxed ambience. Staff really pleasant and helpful. Service spot on

Rooms are big and comfortable. Bathroom large and luxurious. Lovely breakfast choices and setting.

Could be allowed to get changed in spa facilities rather than room (minor issue).

The shower, nowhere to sit and do hair and makeup, no tea in room.

The staff were incredibly helpful, the breakfast was excellent and the service overall including great value for money

was very warm in all the communal areas especially the coriddors. The spa was very busy.

The room was lovely and the bed was super comfy. I really enjoyed breakfast and the view of the helipad.

While the majority of the staff were friendly, I did find some members of staff rude and abrupt. Also one of the lights in my room was being held together by plasters!

Loved every second!! Fabulous staff, made to feel like royalty. The whole place is stunning, the best hotel ive ever stayed in! Cant wait to return! <3

My wife and I, loved the spa, the very posh and luxuries room and the whole experience. It was a wonderful stay.

Helpful staff Facilities Cleanliness

Low breakfast tables (coffee table style), which made eating breakfast a little difficult especially for older people and I would think back breaking for the staff.

The staff where friendly and helpful, the room was very comfortable and relaxing, the food was excellent just an overall total package.

Would off liked to have been able to open a window.

The staff were superb and you felt welcome and special even when we complained about a few niggles. The spa was superb and our room was very modern. The hotel was really classy and clean

After paying money to upgrade to a suite we were very disappointed to find the heating didn't work correctly so the room was cold. The tv in the bathroom didn't work and couldn't be fixed. I have never ever stayed in a hotel where there were no biscuits with the tea making equipment. We also had to ask for extra teabags twice as there were only two in the room on arrival. We were told our room would be "turned down" on both nights but it never was. I don't understand this as the hotel seemed very quiet. The cooked breakfast on both mornings was cold apart from sausage and bacon which was covered. We paid £11.00 for a bottle of lager and a bottle of cider not to mention £8 for a small plate of sandwiches which is extortionate. We are not wealthy people by any stretch and perhaps we stayed in a hotel out of our league. It was our tenth wedding anniversary so we wanted it to be special. We spent weeks choosing a hotel and eventually settled on yours. We have previously stayed at Strand Palace and Charring Cross both on the Strand which were better all round for value, perhaps because they were busier. We mostly enjoyed our stay but did not feel it was good value. We would not rush back. This is disappointing as the hotel was obviously very quiet and I would have expected a better service in these circumstances

The rooms and bathrooms are amazing, beautiful styling and very comfortable rooms and bed. The spa is beautiful and very well laid out. The staff where the most helpful I have experienced. Even tho I made a mistake when booking they honoured the price and upgraded me.

New and modern riverside in an up and coming area however I wouldn't venture out into the main road at night due to potential mugging. Actual hotel has wow factor

Very rude receptionist who asked the question to me about my partner "is she staying the night" and then gave me a form to fill in for her.The incidinet ruined our stay.I Called down and made my opinion known.This is not a nice way to make a partner feel good.

Helpful staff, prompt room service with good quality food, Great view of heliport (really romantic)

Room service kind of pricey, Wifi costs £25 a day to use, parking costs £25 a day, was isolated from shops and quite difficult to find even when put into a TomTom

Good site, lovely room and room facilities, I will stay here again.

I do not like being patronised by young staff telling me that the kitchen instructions are to serve milk that has been boiled with a pot of tea at breakfast. I spoke of this at the time. Also the breakfast buffet was not thought out: Tongs for the guests to pick up eggs was thoughtless, bacon was cold and the serving dishes were not heated. It would have been useful to be shown how the lights worked and a fgew other of the room gadgets, we worked them out by the time we left.

We loved this hotel! The staff are professional but welcoming and friendly. The spa was wonderful - very relaxing and luxurious. Rooms were first rate.We loved the little touches like bedside reading books provided. Breakfast was superb. I cannot rate this hotel highly enough. We hope to make a return visit soon.

Location was a slight problem but the hotel shuttle bus is an excellent way to travel into the city.
