It wasn't luxurious nor spatious, yet the hotel room was tidy and had nice benefits like private bathroom, TV and free Wifi. For us the location could not have been better: close to Victoria train and coach station, supermarket, cosy restaurants, slightly outside the touristy centre. Definity a price/quality winner!

The location was convenient for me. I didn't like that the whole amount was charged at check in time, before I checked the room and when I decided to change hotel they refused to reimburse me.. The bed was extremely bad.. The pillows even worst. No elevator very poor wireless connection

It was decently clean but the room is fit for a mouse and they gave us a room in the basement The room was too small, the price is too high for the facilities and the breakfast was a disaster

Excellent location, short walk to Victoria St for my conference. At London prices, this budget hotel was perfectly adequate for the room rate paid. Would recommend the Pimlico Tandoori for grub - just one block away. Clean and tidy. Pillows were far too soft - but that's personal preference. Floorboards creaked badly, but that probably bothered the guests below me more than me.

Good location, polite & helpful staff, tea/coffee facilities in the room The breakfast was surprisingly poor - we had to eat outside. Cleaning was not really good. The hotel itself is outdated. It doesnt worth the price they charge for the hotel at all.

The staff was very nice, breakfast was well taken care of. The hotel had an excellent location, within a few minutes you were at all the sightseeing places. We had a great weekend! The only negative thing was that the beds weren't very comfortable.

Location was excellent for my work. Price was competitive. Shower was fantastic. Very tired and drab room. It was meant to be a double but it was a small double. Bedclothes were old & worn. Dressing table / desk was pathetically small.

Disappointing room size, which wasn't very clean or warm! Fire alarm went off at 7:30 am and we were not provided with later check out as compensation. Cheap and cheerful i guess, but i'd rather spend the extra £20 next time for a nicer hotel.

Stayed in a few budget hotels in the Victoria/Pimilico area as its only a 20 min bus ride to my work place. This was by far the best I stayed in the staff were very helpful whereas in all the others they barely look up when you check in. Breakfast was very good considering the price, and shampoo is supplied as all the other budget hotels only supply soap. There is a bus stop outside and the no 24 bus takes you into the center ie. Leicester square/Westminster/Picadilly Circus. All the other hotels had a fridge this one doesn'T. Pillows are rubbish really flat.

For the price our stay was just right, somewhere to sleep and a decent breakfast. Polite staff. Room 1 in the basement was a little noisy from the generator outside, but did not stop us sleeping.

Location is perfect, close to the city center and Victoria station. Room was large enough and clean, but some places in the wall and wardrobe was dirty, bed good, and in the wardrobe extra pillow and blanket. Bathroom was clean, towels was enough, even for feet. For one night OK. For discount prices, we will stay again, but not at full price, because there are other Hotels in same area with less stars, but the same service and cheaper. The upstairs floor above us squeaked when people went there. The breakfast was poor.

This hotel is great value for the money. We spent 2 nights there. The free breakfast was a nice start to the day. Coffee, tea, toast, cereal, fruit and juice. The free wifi worked well. The hotel was in the best location for the things we wanted to do near Victoria. We could walk so many places including the theater and the Tate. There were loads of restaurants to choose from nearby. The bus stop was almost in front of the hotel. The room was small but had evrything we needed. We don't spend lots of time in the room anyway. It was a little cold in the room maybe because the window didn't lock but there was an extra blanket in the closet. The double bed was cozy for the 2 of us. I might ask for 2 twin beds next time. This hotel doesn't have a lobby or a lift. When we asked for a room on a lower level we were given one where we only had to walk up one flight. Not bad. The room was at the back and so it was very quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful. And the price we paid at booking.com was amazing for such a great London location. No complaints for the price we paid. I think the reviews of other travelers were accurate and we knew what we were getting. We have stayed in London before wo we were ready for a small room.

Location and price. The breakfast I did enjoy, especially the croissants. It was a no fuss hotel. Room temperature was cosy. Very very clean. Creaky floors, uneven stairs. Bedroom looked a lot smaller than in pictures.
