I liked the service at breakfast, and the efficiency of the dining room staff, also the pristine tableware and tablecloths. It sounds a bit petty but the pillows were the worst I had come across in any hotel - three of them, each about 2 inches deep did not amount to one good one. |

There is nothing about this property that I liked dirty and dusty room, window didn't open fan was caked with dust....bedding was not changed from a previous guest blanket looked like it has not been washed for years, it was a horror story. Steep stairways and narrow hallways seem very unsafe in case of a fire. Breakfast very limited. I'm not joking, stay away from this flop house! |

Brilliant location, walking distance from Westminster. Cheap accommodation for London with basic facilities. Would again for one or two nights. No remote control for TV - though this wasn't reported and may have been available had I asked. |

A decent budget hotel, no frills but clean and functional with a modern ensuite shower room and a good continental breakfast. The location is well placed for access to Victoria rail and underground stations as well as Pimlico tube. Within walking distance of Tate Britain and the Houses of Parliament. The hotel has no lift so the upper floors are probably unsuitable for anyone with mobility problems. |

The location, but this was all. The room wasn't too clean, I think they didn't even change the sheets, because was some hair in there that it wasn't mine. The room was very very small and dark colors, and the bathroom was very small and so old everything in it. I can say the same for the furniture. I stayed at the 4th floor and I had to carry the suitcase on the stairs till there. I had some small windows up and the smell of old and stale. Anyway I have booked it only for one night because I couldn't find any available room close to Victoria Station. I wouldn't go there anymore. And the price wasn't that small for those conditions. I paid the same amount at a 3 stars hotel, very modern, new and clean few hotels away. |

Meet a family member - haven't seen for years - who was passing trough London The breakfast was poor. If that was a continentel breakfast I'm sure no one from the staff had ever been to continentel Europe. Two slices of toast and a soft bread roll and something called jam but that never had seen fruit - not something to start the day on. |

The hotel staff were really friendly and helpful at all times. 24/7 reception and provision for leaving luggage before you check in or out. on the whole the hotel is very good value for money. adequate rooms and breakfast but the real plus was the staff |

It is in my favorite area of london, local quiet and asfe area for for central london. Nice local restaurants and pubs around. 5 min walk to Victoria station underground and 3 min to pimlico underground. You can walk to buckingham palace through the beautiful flower park st James park and straight up to picadilly circus (about 35 min) and a beautiful walk. staff nice and friendly. room was small (was expected for the price) but clean and not clutterd |

The hotel was conveniently placed for where we wanted to be and the reception was open 24 hours. It was easy to book online. The receptionist's English was good and he carried our suitcases up three floors to our room. The waitresses had little English, but we managed to get breakfast ok. |

It was easy to find, it's in a great place in London. The staff was very nice. Breakfast was good. The room was not big but not that small, and nice. They gave us a room with no window to the main street and it was a shame. |

Clean, small room; possibility of making the tea and coffee in the room; nice, helping staff; perfect location - near the center of London, near the double-decker stop poorer breakfest, but for me - sweetbreakfester was enough |
