Everything works fine
Noise in the morning if your ruin is next to the eating area
Friendly and helpful staff. Good location.
that the next day the price wasn't the same price, so i had to move hotels
Ease of getting around. Also, I left a carry bag with my Kindle in it. They promptly responded to my urgent inquiry and went out of their way to take it to FedEx to return it to me. Had it back in the States in one week. Breakfast was just perfect.
Rooms are really too small. No chest of drawers or anywhere to put stuff. Bed's a little soft for me.
Good room, quiet, comfy bed and at a really god price, helpful staff, will define stay again.
The room was small and it was in the cellar, breakfast very poor
Everything, the value, warmth and convenience and the reception staff were lovely
Close to Victoria Coach Station.
The staff on the front desk were really helpful and friendly! The rooms were basic but clean and just what we needed for our stay. Also thought the breakfast was good
The bathroom could do with a bit of a refurbishment, but nothing drastic!
Location, staff, room space and ensuite
A bit noisy (it is an old building), dated decor, little options for breakfast
Location was good - just 5 minutes from Victoria station.
I was placed on the 5th floor without an elevator and I had to carry my bag up there. In other hotels without a lift I was directly told to leave my bag at the reception and someone would bring it to me, but not here. Facilities are old, dinning room is used as a storage room as well.
Good location and relatively cheap, friendly staff, toilet facilities were clean and fine
Small rooms, not suited for just hanging out.
The location is great.
We did not like the fact that they gave us a room located in the basement very small and based beside the kitchen and the store room and there were many noises very early in the morning.
Location was good. . Lady receptionist was very courteous. Rates are quite reasonable. Near to under ground train station.
Very clean comfortable hotel and excellent breakfast room With beautiful tableware With good breakfast. Bus stop outside hotel so easy access to Victoria bus and train station .
Location, Discounted price
Room too small. Bath drain was blocked.
Rooms were clean, stuff was kind.
The breakfast was bad, only toast with butter or croassant. It was not any eggs, any ham, any vegetables. The place of hotel is confusing when you are going from Victoria Coach Station.
Continental breakfast really good.
Location and breakfast were ok.
Overpriced room for what it offers. Sleep and forget type of place.
The Victor was in an ideal location for us. Close to victoria bus station and Pimlico underground. The hotel is small has clean public areas and comfortable but small ensuite bedrooms rooms. Continental b/fast was basic, juice, cereals, toast tea coffee etc.
Only down side no lift. We were in a group 2 cpls late 50' early 60's we were given 2 x rooms top floor (87 steps)
Hotel very well situated with major transportation, restaurents and convenience stores nearby. Facilities are modest but clean and good for people looking for a decent place to sleep at a fair price.
Washrooms are relatively old, the hairdryer is fixed and far from the washroom. Little space for clothes on a long stay.
Very difficult WiFi connection. WiFi was very slow and worked only for one device.
Good position near Victoria station. Breakfast with jam, honey, philadelphia cheese, muesli, toasted bread or warm croissants, apples and bananas. They keep the luggage free of charge after check out
The shower is fixed. The room on the street is a little noisy but, fortunately, the street is not crowdy.
Clean quiet hotel close to Victoria Good value for the money
Room in basement
The front desk staff was so helpful and accomodating. They were knowledgeable about giving directions to the main sites in central London. Also they were helpful in pointing out good places to dine. They were helpful with me planning day trips. I would strongly recommend this hotel for tourists.
