It is situated right in the centre of Oxford, so very convenient for shops, sights and the colleges It was extremely hot and very noisy at night |

I was surprised that it was just a single door entry between shops and then a single stair case. There vwere no communal facilities at all and no breakfast room. Breakfast had to be taken in bedroom. However a room is a room and I only wanted somewhere to stay for one night. I would not have wanted to spend a long stay there. The staff were perfectly friendly and efficient. |

The room stank like old socks. The bed cover looked old and dusty. The bathroom had mould. |

The hotel rooms are directly above a nightclub. The vibration from and sound of the music kept me awake most of the night. A truly terrible experience. Never again. |

I was expected when I arrived - the room was ready and was kept tidy throughout my stay - my breakfast was served on time and was what I had ordered The room would benefit from repainting and decorating. |

Handy for centre of Oxford. Nice breakfast brought to the room at a time to suit us. Window blinds were broken. |

The thing i liked most about my stay at the hotel was check out This is the grubbiest hotel I have stayed at with a rip off price. It has a disco as a neigbour so forget abou getting to sleep before the disco and it drunken customers have gone home. You may an hours sleep then before large claening lorries come an rev up outside your room. |

One of the most popular clubs of Oxford is in the hotel's basement, drums and music in all rooms during the whole night.... No separate breakfast room. |

Welcoming, Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable room. Decor, fixtures and fitting were tired and in need of renovation. Modern double glazing would have reduced street noise for example. |

Highly convenient location & pleasant, efficient staff. All was fine except for faulty light; but I did not notice it until late at night. |

Location Stained wall paint which did not give a pleasant feeling. No bath mat to step onto once outside the shower. Very poor quality bed linen and pillows. Bathroom ventilation system did not work. Toilet seat was stained, probably wall paint, and did not look nice. |

The hotel was quite simply appalling. My room was dirty and shabby. There was a nightclub downstairs so sleep was impossible. To rate this as a three star hotel was grossly misleading |

It's situation down town was very good. The staff were helpful and break fast was very good. No space in the rooms for guests to move. No place to have breakfast in the rooms. The hotell does't have a hall similar of three stars hotels |

On a saturday night very noisy, not much they can do about that given its location. However inadequate blankets meant a freezing nights sleep! |
