First I like the location. Very good located nearby the Victoria Station and Bus Stop 24 Secondly, the facility of the hotel with the money spent was very good The last is the room itself was very tidy, clean, comfort and lucky me I got room nearby the receptionist on the same floor without need to pass thru elevator as I had 2 baggage that day. the breakfast was good, but the time was too short to serve the breakfast...

Comfortable bed. Good breakfast No shower gel or shampoo. Very small room with one hard dining room chair. Scarcely room to get dressed. Pilows were very shallow-1 supplied- though did get 2 more when requested Had to queue for breakfast as it was in a small room

Location is really good to visit some main attractions in the city center. Price is good in respect to comfort and facilities offered to the guests. The dining room is too small for the guests; short breakfast time (7.30 to 9.00) does not facilitate good fruition of services.

The location in the center of Pimlico, close to Vitoria station was ideal for us. The fact that the shower had a thermostatic control of bathing water was very good. This hotel is poorly maintained: fixtures were missing, the shower head was almost completely clogged with lime deposits (I had to scape out this myself in order to have at proper shower!). The window did not close completely etc. etc. There is absolutely no sound insulation at all: You can hear every sound your fellow guest make - and any step they take in their rooms, since you share the same creaking floorboards!

Polite, helpful staff. Close to Victoria for our onward journey. Very clean. A beautiful building with high ceilinged, spacious rooms - unfortunately, ours was in the basement and was barely big enough for the double bed. No frills.

Very great and kindly staff. They were really hyelpfull to us! The hotel is close to Victoria station and Buckingam palace, very good position to visit the city. Our triple room was quite small but very clean. I suggest this hotel for young couple and families for a medium stay in London.

I liked the location, and the opportunity to keep my luggage there even if I cheked out! I think the internet service Wi-fi should have been free of charge, and that one hour is not enough when I payed two pounds. This is something they should provide for free.

The (Russian) staff was very friendly. Room was clean. It was quiet. Area with many small cafes and also supermarkets. Not far from tube station Victoria. Breakfast was rather simple.

The price. Carpets were dirty. Staff not overly helpful or friendly. Not a hotel style. It was like navigating through a labrynth. Too many little stairways up and down. Very noisy on street level due to building work across the street which started at 5 am.

Good location, close to the pubs, restos, Victoria Station, etc. Poor breakfasts. Just sleeping there - no additional services at all. But a good value for money after all.

The hotel is in a perfect location 5-10 mins walk from Victoria station. Small rm & bathroom but clean & staff were friendly. On booking.com website it is known as a hotel but when we got their it turned out it it was a guest house. We were expecting a hotel. The rooms are pretty small & the bath room is pretty small too but was clean... Not enough coat hangers or pillows... 3 coat hangers really isnt enough for a twin rm & the guests staying 3 nights... & only 1 pillow on each bed.

All staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was tasty. The shower room was pristine! My single room was small The duvet was very thin. On the second night I was cold. The pillow was very thin. I asked for an additional pillow, which was given to me. Perhaps I should have asked for an additional duvet!

Staff were friendly, the double room was a good size and the bed was comfortable Fixtures and fittings - light by the bed worked but the cable was slack so it just hung there. No sockets near the mirror so wasn't able to use own hairdryer and see what I was doing or use my tongs.

It was very centrally located, nice clean room and a great price for London I had asked in advance for a non-diary and wheat free breakfast option - skimmed milk or soya milk would have been fine but these were not available. In this day and age all hotels should be able to meet such dietary requirements.

The staff were excellent helpful and accomodating. The room was clean. The hotel was in a good place to sightsee London near rail and tube links. The hotel was a reasonable base for Parliament. Breakfast was a nightmare. The lift was tiny. The photos on the website certainly did not match my experience. The bed was hard and difficult to sleep in.
