It had quite a good location - 5 minutes from Pimlico station, 10 minutes from Victoria. It also had a lift. There was almost nothing good about the hotle. The room turned out to be extremely small (I guess about 8 metres). There was no wardrobe, no place for coats and shoes, no place for the luggage. No fridge or iron. The room was shabby, dirty windows, torn and dirty curtains - yuck! The bathroom had a hower, which was very small too. You could only put the small towel on the floor and was covered. No place even for your toothbrush. The maximum temperature of the water is 38 degrees. The bathroom is cold. The lift is very slow, the staircases ans the coridors are tiny. The breakfast was awful. First of all, it takes very short time (8.00-9.15 weekend, 7.30-9.15 week). It is ridiculous because is room is samll too and people have to wait in the corridor not to miss their breakfast! It is very poor, only cornflakes, eggs and sandwiches with cheese. The saff was quite ok with the exception of a Ploish lady, who was extremely rude. She lost the receipt and was shouting at us when we could not find ours (it was quite late, we were tired and just arrived), accusin us of some kind of fraud. It was very upsetting and distressing. All in all, ithe hotel is not worth the money. I can not recommend it to anyone. Spend your money on something else, or you are certain to be disapponted.

The room had a strong smell of sigarets. Toilet had not been cleaned, there was still something floating around from a previous visitor. The room is very noisy. You can here everything from your neighbours and outside.

The staff was very polite. The location is good nearby Victoria (10 minute walk). The room and bathroom were both clean. I would recomend this hotel for short stays. The room was really very small but one can't expect better considering the rates and location.

Only the location and the receptionists Nargiz and Agnes. They were very nice and helpful. The rooms were extreemly small, even the "double" for single person. In that so-called double there was no space for one suitcase. Very poor breakfast and small room for it. Expensive wi-fi access. The heating was being switched-off at nights, so it was becoming cold even with two blankets. The sink in the bathroom was so small that it was even hard to wash hands in it.

Reception staff were very friendly and polite. Very welcoming atmosphere too. The twin room was a good size but very basic. Didn't think it looked anything like the pictures shown on the website. Room was very clean. Only stayed for one night as we were traveling on early the next morning. Handy for the coach station which is what we wanted.

It was close to the Conference Centre and not as expensive as other hotels nearby, however it turned out to be too expensive for the quality of the accomodation. The bathroom had clearly not been cleaned, they even left the previous persons' waste in the bin (quite disgusting). The room was cold, the heating was not on (in December). One of the towels provided did not look clean. You could hear every noise from the street (my room was on the ground floor). I spent the worst night. The shower was at a fixed height and there was no shower cap, which was inconvenient.

Location to tubes and walking distance to many areas. Staff helpful. Only downside dining room a bit on the small side for the number of guests but arriving a little earlier for breakfast it's fine.

Very good location, lovely and helpful staff, clean rooms, very soft carpet in room. Very small rooms and breakfast room. Thin walls, noise from stairs and neighbouring rooms was a bit disturbing. Cool room, blanket could be warmer. Being alone in double room I gladly used 2 pillows. Cold shower room, specially floor. Carpet needs a total cleaning, too many old spots.

Fantastic location. Nice hotel staff. Room had everything I needed (apart from a spoon to stir my coffee!) Had to queue to get into the breakfast room so I had no time to taste the 'delights' on offer. The spoon situation as previously mentioned.

Basic facilities at relatively reasonable price in London. Booked a double room but was given a triple. Had there been 3 of us the room would have been cramped since the bed took up most of the floor space, but perfect for 2! Clean and with new en suite shower/toilet facilities. Breakfast typical uninteresting cafeteria style, but unlike many London hotels the breakfast was included!

Mainly the location. I wanted a clean bed and bathroom. I like the nice prints of Queen Victoria. The booking on line facility is excellent. The breakfast would do with some additional ham.

Stayed in the victoria inn hotel on the 10.11.2011 for one night only but found the staff really friendly and the room clean and well presented, breakfast was exellent also, we vacated our room after breakfast and headed off, about half an hour later the hotel receptionist contacted me to tell me that they had found my partners purse under a towel on the bed so we headed back to collect it, we thanked them for being so honest. We would definitely return to this hotel. None at all.
