London Inn well situated for buses and travel.

Room cramped, could hardly get in the door as the bed was so close.

En-suite facilities in the room are excellent and clean. Hotel close to all the attractions like The Mall and Buckingham Palace and within walking distance of Victoria Coach Station..the staff were veryfriendly and particularly the lady who did the breakfast.

Well the place could do with a bit of painting and some carpets a bit stained. All over the window wall there were a number of cracks, which maybe a bit worrying in the winter months. As with all other reviewers I found the breakfast room very small and doing the gentlemanly thing would often leave before I had eaten the ample food that is available. The internet was not included in the hotel bill and took a weeks subscription as this was the cheapest option.

room was very small. Two people could not get changed at the same time. Sink had a soap dispenser hung above and washing your face meant the floor got wet. Breakfast room was very cramped

exceptional friendly and helpful reception and superbly efficient breakfast service.

The room was very clean, the bathroom was clean and modern. The hair dryer in my room was broken and when I told reception they said that as it was late (10pm) there was nothing they could do. This was annoying as I had to leave at 6am and had wet hair, the man at reception was however very apologetic and did look to see if there was another room to move me to. They were fully booked but this was not his fault and he did do his best to help me.

Room was very small but for this price in London it is to be expected. Also the hair dryer didn't work in my room.

The phone in te room didnt work and hence we had to go down three floors everytime we needed something.

The room was too small for three adults. The kitchen staff were miserable and helped themselves to breakfast whilst guests were waiting. The dining room was too small for the number of guests with people waiting for tables.

The only downside was no information for breakfast times and where you actually eat was given to us and not available anywhere so we didn't have breakfast

I little bit on the cramped room side for a tall person.

We needed to book a hotel in this area as it was close to where we needed to be. It took around 10 mins to walk from Victoria Coach Station. On entering the hotel we were greeted by a friendly receptionist and the booking in procedure was very easy and quick. Our room was on the fourth floor at the back and there was a lift from reception. This proved to be a good place to sleep as it was nice and quiet. The room itself was small but had everything we needed. There was a drinks tray. An open wardrobe. Bath and hand towels. Telephone. Hairdryer. Luggage rack. Ensuite bathroom with small basin and shower and wall soap dispensers, but the main thing was It was spotlessly clean! The hotel has a 24hr reception and to gain entrance at night you ring the bell. Breakfast was between 7.30am and 9.45am and is taken in a pleasant but small room in the basement. There was plenty room when we were there though, and the lovely lady who endlessly topped up the breakfast choice was very smiley. Again it was spotlessly clean and we thought the choice was fine for a one night stay ie: fruit juice, cereals, fruit salad, croissant, bread roll with cheese, boiled egg, toast, jam, marmalade. There is also a hot drinks machine with various choices. On checking out we were once again greeted by a very pleasant receptionist who wished us a pleasant journey home. We would definately recommend both the area (easy to get to lots of attractions and coach, tube stations etc) and this hotel for a short stay in London.

The only negative (and we could of rectified it ourselves) was that there is only one pillow each and a light weight duvet, but I feel sure if we would of asked at reception they would of provided us with more.

Good stay and great location (very close to Victoria and Pimlico Stations for easy access to the London city center.

As we had tea in the room it would have been nice to have small milk or creamer available.
