Excellent location, clean and comfortable rooms Would recommend it but not to anyone who doesn't like extra noise, the walls are very thin so you're at the mercy of who you get next door.
Breakfast fine, though I'd recommend just sticking to the drinks and toast, cooked food was cold.
location, friendly staff.
rooms may need some up keep.
Clean rooms, Comfortable beds and clean bedding. Breakfast was good. Easy going Parking outside the Hotel was free on weekends We will use this hotel again as it was easily accessible for the Tube station.
The dining room was very small and we had to wait for a table. Our room was right next to the back door so all deliveries of linen and cleaning staff used this entrance which was very noisy in the mornings.
Location Friendly staff Free wifi once I got it The value for money
The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the hotel was very clean. The room was warm and the beds were comfortable to sleep in. The location isn't far from the underground, but if you want to walk, there's plenty to find within a few minutes. Overall I'd be happy to stay with them again.
small and cold room, poor breakfast
The rooms were very clean and had everything to hand. The staff were welcoming and friendlyand the breakfast was excellent.. I shall use it again.
clean and the hotel was what we expected. Breakfast was good.
Couldn't of asked for anything more!! Great location, bars and restaurants close by and Pimlico tube station only 2 minute walk around the corner! Staff were very pleasant and helpful! Breakfast was good and the hotel was very clean! Would defiantly recommend and be booking again soon!!
good location with underground in a short walking distance good starting point for sight seeing quiet area
very small rooms small restaurant, not much choice for breakfast rooms badly soundproofed
Quite noisy rooms, basic breakfast, wifi not great.
Excellent service at reception. Simple rooms but clean and nice
Breakfast time ends 10.00 It should have been at least 10.30
The location, the clean bathroom
bad window isolation
clean and with a lift but quite small. good location.
Location and the willingness of the cafeteria staff to be helpful.
Traveled in winter. Heat is not turned on until 19:00. Front desk staff are clueless about directions or things to do. Been to Europe small hotels many times. This in my opinion is not a hotel. It's a hostel. You can hear breathing from adjacent rooms. You bump into each other inside the room and there's hardly any place to store your belongings. I didn't make a smart choice this time
Location is great we also walked at night it seemed very safe. Ideal place to stay for one night only.
Did not agree that in order to be able to print a document i had to email the document to the hotel this is not good for confidential items. Was concerned also that the fire door which clearly states to be kept closed is held open by a magnet. Breakfast was for 7 but the lady only comes at 7 so by the time she has set up its actually 7.30 which is not great when you have an appointment elsewhere. Also did not like that a unkept member of staff came into the breakfast room looking like a person from a night shelter helping herself to drinks. Would also be nice if the hotel had some history regarding its name sake, the staff had no clue but this is not a requirement i know. Do not expect a decent coffee/tea in the room i see other reviews have complained about the powdered milk but it remains the same. Do they take the reviews serious?
The place was clean, close to the underground and felt safe.
The dining room - no window The room needed a hook to hang jackets.
location was quite good. thats it.
breakfast was very poor. i would say very spartan. the room for bnreakfast is tiny, people were crowding up and there was no food! the breakfast staff was a bit messy. wifi went on and off, not very conveneint. the window frame is very old, so there was wind and noise from the street, but heating system was very good. i think for the money i paid i could get a better place.
The whole experience was good. Lovely staff, very friendly and helpful.
comfortable bed, nice breakfast, very helpful staff, very clean, good location, value for money
the bedroom was a bit too warm
Good location for a stay in London. Buss and underground a few minutes walk. Clean room and comfortabele bed. Good breakfast.
The heating in the room was switched on to a maximum, not comfortabele to sleep in.
Cleanliness. Location is good . Comfortable bed . Breakfast was included in The hotel price.
I think Victorian. Hotel has no single bed rooms , coz on arrival I as given a bedroom with three beds and was told THT I get a bigger room for same money but she i requested for a quieter room, again I was given a room on a different floor with three beds !!!!!!! Little room to monuever .
Location Price Value for money
Bit warm so had to open window which meant a bit if street noise
The hotel is located in a peaceful and beautiful area. The hotel staff was very friendly.
we were on the rear of the hotel so it was fairly quiet and we could see the top of the London Eye, Big Ben and other landmarks.
very small bathroom but ok for one night. Also, not keen on powdered milk for making a cup of tea.
