Close to Victoria to tube station. Room clean and tidy. Shower head broke and staff were very quick to rerplace it Poor breakfast. Too crowded and no tea supplied. Toaster only browned one side of the bread. Powdered milk in bedrooms. |

Staff was quite friendly. The room was tiny, the bathroom was as if it came from a campsite. Dated interior. Felt like i was in a 1970s ferry. |

The location was wonderful in walking distance of everything we wanted to do. The rooms were comforatable and clean. The breakfast was just what we needed to set us off for the day. |

The location was convenient for public transport links and the venue I was working at. This was not a otel under any circumstances, simply a large bed and breakfast house. There was no bar or resturaunt as advertised and the price was excessive for the facilities offered and I suspect this is based on soley the central London location. The rooms were cramped and not very clean and the breakfast was very poor, with not enough tables and chairs in the dining room to accommodate guests |

The location was perfect, very close to the place of meeting. The price of the room was friendly. The small room was crammed with unneccessary furniture. I would appreciate the English breakfast instead of the bird-food named continental breakfast. I'd never had similar breakfast on the continent. |

It is located very near Victoria which is convenient for travel and the hotel is clean |
