Staff, and location - very handy for both coasts of Cornwall. Very clean and tidy and friendly staff. Location - was isolated but between the two coasts which was the advantage as well. Nothing to do in the evening though. Meals not brilliant, but ok. |

The staff are brilliant and the food is superb. If you are thinking of going to The Eden Project ,and you should, then please stay here, you will love this place I have nothing but praise for this splendidly run hotel and would recommend it to everyone |

What we liked about our stay, it was close to the places we wanted to Visit it had good parking. We found it hard to find as we thought it was in St Austell and had to get directions to the hotel from the Library, who were very helpful, we should have got the directions from the internet but had forgotten. |

We enjoyed our stay at Victoria Inn. The location is very close to the motorway and easy to find. The staff was very friendly and the hotel was clean. Own carpark. The room was very clean and tidy, comfortable and not noisy. Every facility worked. The restaurant is brilliant and I had probably the best Steak, Mushroom and Ale pie of my life. |

The room was very clean and comfortable.I have stayed in hotels all over the world and this one had one of the best showers.The staff were very helpfull and an added bonus was a television that worked. The location is very good for getting about with easy access to most places. |

Everything about it was really good. The free WiFi was a massive boon allowing me to transmit that days photos and keep in touch with my emails. The staff were polite, efficient and were excellent listeners. Well done all round. |
