We needed a room with faclities for the disabled. Access to the room was good and the bathroom was excellent and included a walk-in shower with a seat and roll-in chair. |

We liked the Victoria Inn because we could return after our days out for a meal and we were also able to sit outside. |

Its convenient position with regard to the Eden Project, Lost Gardens of Heligon, Mevagissey, Newquay, Totnes and Falmouth. The flexibility of meal times and the excellent service from the staff. Immediate surroundings are not conducive to short morning or evening walks. Shopping facilities are poor. |

It was a good location with easy access to the places of interest that we wanted to visit during our stay. The service was excellent. All day meals were not very good - tried on day of arrival and, giving them the benefit of the doubt, again on day of departure but would not dine there if visiting again. |

All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. I suffer from allergies and asked a few questions concerning the food content and they were willing to find out the answers for me without making me feel like it was a nuisance. |

The staff were very friendly and helpful, we enjoyed the Tuesday quiz. The food was excellant and the service was very good. It was clean, tidy and had everything we required. There was nothing we disliked about the hotel, but would suggest a few more armchair/sofa's in the bar area. |

Convenient and comfortable lodge with easy access to St Austell and the countryside around. Close to the Eden Project and not far from Lands End. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and very pleasant. Receptionist lacked people skill. |

Everything was very good to excellent. The Manager and all his staff were very friendly, enthusiastic, helpful and efficient. Large bedrooms with modern facilities including digital TV, brilliant shower and fluffy towels. Food choice and quality very good. Excellent value for money and the Continental breakfast even includes bacon/sausage sandwiches and eggs/beans on toast. |

An easy and convenient hotel to stop off at on the way down to Cornwall, specially if you have a ferry or flight to catch early in the morning. |
