We are a 42 bedroom Inn located just off the main A30 in Cornwall, ideally situated for business or pleasure. All our rooms are furnished to a high modern standard. We also offer great local food and award-winning ales.

We are a traditional coaching inn offering fantastic Cornish food, drink and hospitality. Our rooms are recently decorated and contain modern amenities. All are en suite and non-smoking. We are centrally located for visiting all of Cornwall and suitable for people of all ages. We have 30 family rooms which can sleep up to 4 people. We also have rooms specifically designed for disabled guests including (limited) walk-in showers and the pub is disabled friendly. The Inn offers a varied bar menu, available from midday until 21:00 daily, using locally sourced food. Along with award-winning ales, the bar offers a wide selection of wines, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.

The Victoria Inn has always been a thoroughly unique coaching inn. It dates from 1642 and had been a successful stopping-off point and watering hole for long journeys, touring royalty and locals alike.

The Lodge offers exceptional value for money and a perfect location for business travel and meetings, sightseeing and touring the whole of Cornwall. The best of both worlds is on offer - an unspoilt, traditional coaching inn with award-winning ales, together with neat modern accommodation.

Room information

All our rooms are decorated in a contemporary design incorporating pine and wrought iron furniture. Decorated and designed to an extremely high standard, all rooms are en suite with showers and baths.

We do get some freeview channels, though they are limited due to our location.

Area information

Located near the A30, the hotel is within easy reach of all areas of Cornwall including Newquay, Bodmin Moor, The Cornish Riviera and the Eden Project.

Travel information

By Car:
- Once on the A30, which runs through the middle of Cornwall, keep heading westbound.
- Stay on the A30 past the Innis Downs/Bodmin interchange.
- Continue following signs to Victoria/Roche.
- The next exit is the Victoria interchange, come off at this exit and follow the signs to local services and Roche (1st exit off the roundabout).
- Pass the BP garage on the left take the 1st left exit and follow the road around.
- The lodge car park is the 2nd on the right.

Please be aware that the Victoria Inn is no longer on the main A30 and you have to keep an eye out for all signs.
