Location Price Cleanliness
Someone tried to get into my room with an hotel key. My luck was that I hadlocked the door from the inside. Otherwise it was a great experience.
No TV, no visitors, no alcohol, cold water in the shower, loud neighbours
Very nice and helpful staff, location was excellent for my purpose.
Some parts of the hotel was still in construction, heater did not work properly, poor value for money.
Room was very comfortable and spacious.
However there was a noisy fridge which kept waking us up.
Had a great short stay the hotel is located just off manchester a curry mile so there's plenty of exotic food to choose but to get to the centre of Manchester your looking at a taxi given distance we learned the hard way that it would be cheaper to take car to the centre then keep paying taxi at £7-8.50 a time one way. Keep this in mind the hotel offers car parking at a very reasonable £3 for 24hrs. Guests should be aware this hotel operates under religious guidelines ie no alcohol or TVs are available. There was however the promise of free wifi which I tried on many occasions to join but it wouldn't let me connect. Almost missed breakfast as was told the wrong time by reception the kind ladies that ran the breakfast soon sorted us out a quick breakfast once we explained what happened. To sum up its good hotel but there are a few things that let it down but for cleanliness it's 10/10 in your room.
Wrong meal timings given. Wifi wouldn't let me connect dispute multiple attempts and reception had hand written the password?? Location from the centre of Manchester is a little bit further then was believed to be with cabs costing £7-8.50 one way
Clean, comfortable, Warm, Excellent location, Good value. Well looked after.
NO TV in Room - unheard off these days. As we were going out, didn't matter too much. Would have been very unhappy if I'd been sat in room all night
The room is cosy and nice, the Wifi is okay.
They did not change the towel every day. And there is no TV in the room.
Like most of all things
The friendliness and flexibility of the staff cannot be faulted! They always offered excellent help and went above and beyond to ensure that we had a nice stay. The facilities were basic, but this suited us fine, as we were only staying for one night after a day at the Christmas Markets. The street, despite being a little out of town, was quiet, and buses were very regular and cheap into the city (only £1).
The distance into the city is a little far. However, during our stay we walked, bussed and taxied to and from the city, and neither of these really put us out.
very clean staff friendly only stayed 1 night couple of mins walk to the bus stop buses to city centre every couple of mins fare only £1 will recomend this hotel to anyone
Care provided by the staffs
it was difficult locating the place at initial time.
Nice hotel with great rooms n friendly staff
The location was a bit 2 far from the city centre 4 me but was really nice hotel
Breakfast was poor unless you like toast, we were not offered anything or spoke too by staff at all. Cobwebs in the bedrooms as very high ceilings.
The birds and the car park
Couldn't drink in the hotel
liked it was close to shops, places to eat, took into consideration have disability, I fell out side, the hotel staff helped sort the problem. fantastic Hotel to stay.
there was nothing to not like.
the staff were polite and friendly except for the breakfast lady
the mattress was lumpy and the room freezing. The breakfast was white taost or cereal thats all. Mugs would be better instead of tiny tea cups
Great size room and lovely ensuite
There's no tv in room
Bed room clean
No TVs in room Breakfast poor
Well placed and good value.
Not a relaxing environment that makes you want to go back. The bathroom was cramped and poorly finished.
cleanliness, parking and working Wi Fi
Rooms smaller although booked for premium. No TV, No internal telephone, No restaurant, Bed linen - not sure all clean
bed was pretty good and big close to train station and bus
dirty cabin shower shower didn't work probably dirty carpet
The place the staff was friendly nice and quit and good value for money we stayed 1 day and we are so happy :)
Dont go in a weekend!! There is a Disco terrace 20m away of your window, so loud music until 4 am...Also the smoke alarm sounded twice during the sleeping time...Awful!
Lovely warm welcome. Wouldn't take any money until I had inspected the room and approved it.
