To come back and bring more friends
location was great and fantastic value for money
no drinking allowed in rooms old fashioned booking in
Close to city center Room newly decorated
No bar No tv
Poor breakfast, dirty halls and stains in the bed sheets! Pay for parking it's ridiculous, should be free for clients! I will never stay there again or recommend to clean people.
Close to ' Curry Mile '
1). Rather dilapidated decor in places 2). Greeted by a man on arrival who did not understand English very well , although he was pleasant enough.
Very poor breakfast.
Location and staff efficiency
facilities like no TV in the room.
Nothing like it! ' I'm angry that I took my children to such a miserable place
his place is just terrible, no comfort for money that I paid I get nothing no breakfast and the price is the bathroom is filthy! I would not go back there again
Simple and inexpensive. I needed a place to sleep and this did the job. The bathroom was updated and the place was quiet.
The location was a bit far from the city center.
Room was clean and beds were comfortable.
No information given about breakfast times, communal facilities etc. no communication at all really. When we checked out they had no idea how much we were to pay, I had to provide my booking form.
The location is good, most staff were friendly and helpful, the atmosphere was homely.
Some staff were not so helpful, and the cleanliness of the premises was of a poor standard.
clean and comfortable and quiet
Only Hotel available in whole of Manchester
Price was expensive 130GBP for one night No Shampoo Under the sheets, black hairs
Room and bathroom OK. Quiet. WiFi. Was OK to arrive very late.
Breakfast extremely poor, very minumum. Missed a desk from the room which was on the photos at booking.com.
No tv in the room, dirty shower and I've found some hair on towels. It smells in rooms. Not worth money.
Room was a bit big
Did not have tv and services
poor choices for continental breakfast. no tv in the room. little pressure for shower.
Nothing at all was pleasing to the eye, car park was overgrown and had broken down cars on it .i booked this hotel for my sister while I was in hospital . She did not trouble me about it knowing I would not of stayed there
A lone traveller did not feel safe
lovely new bathroom but not quite finished. Very kind, helpful staff. Obviously a family-run business. Great rate for a day's parking. It was cheap and adequate for one night - but one night only!
Room very, very basic. Beds old and uncomfortable. No TV, lamps, pictures, clock, in fact - no anything except two beds, a table and a kettle with tea/coffee. No socket near so had to plug kettle in and leave on window sill. Radiator was filthy and carpet needed a good clean but everything else was clean enough. Breakfast buffet was a joke - cornflakes or Weetabix, white bread to toast yourself and a choice of an apple or orange juice. Juice was not pure but a syrupy juice drink of an unidentifiable flavour. We were presented with a single fried egg half way through our cereal. Instant coffee/tea bags by an urn to make your own drinks. Constant smell of cooking from nearby restaurants (hotel at bottom of 'Curry Mile') Interesting view of a full, neglected skip from the window and a yard full of junk. Needs a whole lot of money throwing at it to make a really good family hotel.
Some staff were very friendly, the price is fair compared with other hotels in the region.
Worst hotel I have ever been to!! It is non licensed and located in a very dangerous area. The room was very dirty, bed filled with hair, cups unwashed, toilet uncleaned. The towers, pillows and sheet all had stains left from previous guests. They insisted that I pay before giving me the key and i was only after a careful inspection when I got back at night that i realised how disgusting its condition was. DO NOT go there if you care about personal hygiene and safety!!!
Stayed as went to parklife festival, £20 I a taxi to heaton park so good if in a group of four, only £6 to Piccadilly! Staff were very helpful and friendly at all hours. Room was clean and bed was so comfy!
Very well priced, only £7 in to manchester town in a taxi and very friendly helpful staff.
Can't moan about anything really been a great stay!
room was tidy Staff were nice
outside of hotel and inside was very rundown bar the bedrooms.
