The hotel is perfectly situated for Victoria station and transport links for London.Staff are always pleasant.Room very clean and quiet.
Do not disturb sign on door. House keeping keep knocking. Reception notified.
A/C too noisy. Asked for single large bed, got two singles.
I was only there 1 night but I really liked it. The staff were great and the room comfortable.
Amazing from start to finish! The staff couldn't do enough for us the second we walked through the door. Complimentary bubbles and biscuits for my mums 50th birthday! Hotel room was fantastic, room 134! Couldn't have asked for more. Fabulous service, great facilities, excellent location.
Going home :(
Small area rug in room was worn and should be thrown out...!
The staff was very friendly
Studio room Complimentary water
A lovely hotel, situated well for our purposes. Staff was very helpful.
Easy underground access to all locations but also in a beautiful spot for walking near to palace and parks. Comfortable spacious bedrooms, very clean. Breakfast very good with plenty of choice and for a change good tea and coffee!!
I'd stay here again. Quiet and comfortable. Convenient to metro.
They charge for drinking water
The location was great .concerige was very helpful.check in was efficient.
. I was surprised that housekeeping left dirty wine glasses in room . Bathtub was dangerous. My brother law fell and still has bruises. Need to provide mats to all.
It is not the first time I stay in this hotel: location is very convinient, just few steps from Victoria station; staff is very friendly, always there for you, service is simply perfect.
great value, good location, excellent room !!
convenient to Victoria Station spacious room
window wouldn't shut properly so some street noise bathroom plumbing, slow to drain
The bed, the location, the size of the room, the quality of furnishing and the friendly and profeesional staff.
This is my first time in Park Plaza brand hotel. The Park Plaza Victoria London is higher than my expectation. It locates near the Victoria Station, which you can take London underground and national railway service. With the Victoria line, you can commute to the central London and many other famous attractions in London.
Staff is very helpful, breakfast is excellent and the location is great. It is worth it paying for the executive lounge if you are more than 2 in a suite because it costs 30 pounds per room and gives you access to a good breakfast and drinks from 6-8 pm.
My room was noisy and we had a problem with the bathroom.
Good close location to Victoria Station/Underground. Paid for an Executive Room which had a great bathroom/large comfortable bed and was very quiet. Slept really well.
Executive Lounge Conference Facilities Products in bathroom
Value for money Noise Lack of attention to detail
Noise from Wilton Rd via room window. Road busy day and night.
Great all round performer
Location, decor and very good staff.
Rooms are a bit small. Doesnt feel like a 'luxury' hotel but the decoration is 'now', and an especially glam bathroom. View of interior courtyard was disappointing. Can one never actually get a glimpse of the city one is in without paying a years mortgage?
