Park Plaza Victoria London  

The place of this hotel is practical. The subway station is just at 300 meters. You can go to the London center by walking. You have many places around to have lunch or dinner (500m) and 2 typical pubs. The breakfast was nice but a little bit more too expensive.

The weather was unusually warm in London for march month. Consequently at 9th floor the temperature in our room was too hot. It was necessary to open the window to cool down because at march time it was impossible to use the Air Cooling system in the room? For this kind of hotel it is amazing. Breakfast was nice but a little bit more too expensive: 18 pounds per day for the english breakfast and 14 pounds for continental breakfast??

Paid for enhanced double room - Right next to the Lifts and so noisy, was difficult to sleep well - especially when paying that price

I really enjoyed the visit to the Park Plaza Victoria. The staff were very friendly. Standards were excellent. It is located very close to Victoria station making it convenient for all kinds of travel. I would stay there again if in London.

My wife and I have stayed in this hotel now for the past 4 years whilst taking part in the London marathon. There are a number of reasons we keep coming back. The hotel is of a superb standard. The staff are very helpful friendly and can't do enough for you. The facilities in the hotel are superb , free gym, executive lounge which for a small cost of £15 pp per night you get a full breakfast exclusive use of the lounge which includes free alcoholic drinks and nibbles including hot food. The hotel is also a 10 minute walk from the finish line for the London marathon at Buckingham palace. There is a baggage hold so you. An deposit you bags on your last day run the marathon upon returning the hotel set aside room for you to shower despite having already checked out. Very relaxing would reccommend to all families regardless of age or reason for travelling. We will be staying again

Location was fantastic. Only 5 minutes walk from Victoria station.

The staff at the Park Plaza are very friendly, welcoming and professional. The hotel is spotless. The beds very comfortable and the food excellent. The hotel is very close to Victoria Train, Bus, Coach and Tube stations. This makes for excellent cheap transport around London. Taxi's also easily aquired.This is now my favorite hotel in London, I will not stay anywhere else now I have discovered it!

When we arrived the receptionist asked if we were celebrating anything she promptly ensured a complimentary bottle of wine was brought to our room when she learned we were celebrating our birthday, which I thought was a lovely gesture!

Staff were really helpful

Everything was perfect.

Clean spacious room with a large and well-fitted bathroom. Comprehensive television service with a wide range of channels. Tea making facilities in room. Wifi connectivity. Good breakfast with wide choice. Welcoming reception staff. Good location close to Victoria Underground and major bus routes but also within easy walking distance of Trafalgar Square through St James's Park or Westminster via Victoria Street and Parliament Square.

Quite pricey; I selected it for quality and the location was ideal for my purposes but I think it was overpriced by 15-20%. Coffee at breakfast was overly strong and stewed - served in vacuum jugs and clearly not freshly brewed.
