Park Plaza Victoria London

thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the park plaza hotel and found it very convenient. It was within walking distance to the underground, the train station and the victoria palace theatre where we went to see a show. the room was comfortable and extremely clean.

The balance between the hotel position&services.

The room we had was spacious, clean, comfortable and modern. I liked the glass wash hand basin. Park Plaza Victoria London is a two minute walk away from Victoria rail and tube stations. We walked to Buckingham Palace which is nearby.

We reserved an Executive room for alittle extra pampering. The concierge were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very close to the Victoria underground station and is city center to many sites. I had to call for an electrician to fix a wall plug in my room twice and I was given a transformer to use in my room due to this plug not accepting my dual voltage appliance. The extra step of the transformer was very nice. Room Service was great too, they have a good menu for the room. The Executive Room package of included breakfast was very nice as well.

The housekeeping service for my room did not know English very well and for two straight days, cleaned my room when I had the Do Not Disturb sign on the door. I called hotel services after the first day and they apologized. After the second day, I spoke with hotel services and housekeeping to get this rectified. I called before I left my room on day three to make sure they knew I did not want housekeeping in my room. From then on, they regarded the Do Not Disturb sign on the door. I thought with the Executive Room, I was given one hour of free internet. In the Executive Lounge I tried to use the computer and it charged you for usage with a credit card only. Found out later that it was free if brought your own laptop for your room.

The location is great in walking distance to most of London and just beside a tube station, over all the hotel was ok

We found some of the staff rude but most of who we delt with were lovely. the shower floods the bathroom cause the door doesn't close fully

Staff were friendly, efficient and helpful

My neighbours were very noisy and I was kept awake most of the night, walls were very thin

1. location, location,location. 2. we came in in the morning after a long overseas flight and even though the check-in is not until the afternoon and our room was not ready, they offered us another room for the duration of the day so we could sleep - it was highly appreciated. 3. the concierge is unbelievably knowledgeable and very very helpful.

A lovely modern hotel with a great location beside the main bus and train stations

Good location for our Theatre Trip to Billy Elliot. Lovely room and my daughter loved the sink in the bathroom. Fantastic breakfast on Sunday morning. Staff were very helpful.

One very small thing, we had to wait ages for the lift each time up to our room and down.

The staff were attentive and courteous and after a long flight from Vancouver to New York with a 12 hour layover and then onto London the reception and housekeeping staff were excellent and were able to get us an early check in which enabled my wife and I to get some much needed rest. We also found the breakfast buffet and the dinner menu 1st class. Thank you for a much needed rest break before our long haul flight back to Australia
