The central location to the Apollo Victoria theatre - the early bird menu in J.B's is really good value and twin rooms are good.

The ligtning above bed - readinglights to be swithced on/off with right switch for left light and vice versa. Stupid arrangement. The aircon did not cool the room but heated it instead. Too warm in my room.

The morning breakfast was very pleasant and the employees were always extremely helpful. The location is perfect.

I thought the bathroom would be slightly bigger. The light switches for the room, right at the entrance, seemed a little battered.

It's location. Finally a hotel that has Sky Sports. Large bathroom & walk in shower. Friendly reception staff (special thanks to Justine). Heating in room that actually worked.

Would have liked amount paid per night to have included breakfast. Noise from busy road, particularly rubbish truck collecting garbage 6.20am every morning. However, this did not spoil my stay if I am honest. Request internal room if you're a light sleeper.

We chose to stay at The Park Plaza because of it's ideal location in regards to the Trip we had planned, and the excellent reviews given. We weren't disappointed. The staff were very welcoming on our arrival, the room large enough for three of us and very clean. During our two day stay the concierge were wonderful, even planning our travel route to destinations and making restaurant reservations. Victoria station is only a five minute walk and there are bus stops just outside the hotel. The breakfast is excellent, providing a variety of choices to suit everyone. The hotel is great and the staff outstanding, making for a very enjoyable, effortless trip. We would definitely return in the future, and recommend The Park Plaza to others.

The air conditioning unit was extremely noisy. The light switches by the bed controlled the opposite side (ie the switch on the left hand side turned on the light on the right hand side etc).

It was very convenient we were in London for a show and shopping and it was right near Victoria station so after check out we old leave our luggage at hotel and collect it just before we got our train home

We found the room to be very hot and couldn't cool it down

Fabulous looking, modern design hotel. Immaculately clean. Very friendly, warm and welcoming staff. Efficient service - even had an ice- making machine in the corridor. Good sized bedroom with lovely décor, plenty of storage and comfortably beds. Good sized, modern and very clean bathroom. Great location, convenient for everything - walking distance to Westminster, Thames, London Eye, Victoria Theatres, Buckingham Palace. Victoria tube, 2 mins away, made other attractions very easy to reach. Lots of shops and restaurants near by. Immediate area reasonably quiet at night, even though some bars near-by we never heard any outside noise in our room. Would highly recommend to anyone and would definitely stay here again.

A mirror above the desk would have been very useful for doing hair and makeup, rather than having to wait for the bathroom to be free.
