Easy connection to tube, bus and 10 min walk to westminster. Good airport connection from victoria station. Clean comfortable room. The giraffe restuarant over the road excellent. The staff very helpful.

Location, excellent for Gatwick access using the Gatwick Express. Clean rooms, clean hotel. Very good choice at breakfast, food good quality.

Having to pay for cappuccino for breakfast - really, this should be allowable in the breakfast included option!! Bathroom basin drain was blocked, no one could fix it that evening. Ended up doing it my self. Concierge gave advice on location of a beauty salon 10 minutes from hotel. He got it wrong - it was actually in North London and cost us a lot of money by taxi, it was 50 minutes away..

The proximity to Victoria Station was excellent and staff were very good at getting taxis if needed. Lifts were spacious and very fast. Our room was lovely and with a wall to wall window it was always light, even when it was raining!!

I asked about internet at the start and they said you could use it on the tv but had to pay. Halfway through the stay I asked again about it in regards to my Ipod and the person told me that it was free .. I had trouble connecting so with two days to go I mentioned it to another staff member and they told me there was a free laptop available just "over there" !!! I had seen it earlier but because it was on a long desk where there was a whole lot of stuff set up for incoming groups as well as 2 other computers, I had no idea it was not associated with them. Usually a hotel does tell you one is available. We were also there during a very busy week so costs were a lot higher than we would normally pay.

The location of the hotel is perfect, I barely had to take the tube and even if, the station is close to the hotel. The staff was very friendly and the gym center is definitly a bonus.

Comfortable beds, windows that actually open and great amenities in room. Friendly staff. Situated close to main station with lots of cafes and restaurants nearby.

Breakfast was included but standard of food could only be said to be average. Cost, though this is central London, is pretty high.

The Tozi Restaurant was outstanding. The staff was very friendly. The Concierge was very helpful.

When we checked in we were not happy with our room. It was not a King bed and it was an inside room down low on the 2nd floor, which meant it had no view and was dark. They were able to switch us out to a King bed on the 7th floor. I would be cautious of an inside room on the lower floors.

Wifi a bit weak as our room was at the corner end, breakfast slightly expensive, could not have late check out, it comes with 10 pounds per hour for late check out.

Location was fantastic, very close to Victoria train,bus and underground. We drove and still outside the congestion charge.

The guest relations manager did write off the bar bill although seemed reluctant to acknowledge any failure in the procedures.

I signed a bar bill to my room only for the bar manager to call me at 11.30pm insisting I came down to pay by credit card. Apparently they had not swiped my card even though I presented it at check in. Very poor customer service I wasn't going to abscond without paying

I loved the bed and the pillows. The room was very clean and nicely decorated. Loved the large bath too. The concierge was very helpful and friendly. Great location.

Toilets are not up to standard, in general the bathrooms are not fully equipped with no proper ventilation

Room was comfortable, staff where very good. Really liked the menu at the Italian restaurant, small tasty meals at a good price. Close to all transport

The price was a tad high but thats all cities. Breakfast was the usual boring stuff.

At check-in they took a re-authorisation of the charge of my stay despite pre-booking and paying via Bookings.com. Otherwise rest of the staff were excellent.
