The hotel staff were extremely welcoming and professional and the room was very clean and comfortable The room was absolutely freezing when I arrived, but the front desk were extremely helpful when I called down and arranged for a heater to be brought to the room |

Easy to find and well located close to all transport links. Staff were very friendly and efficient. Room (superior double) was well-equipped, clean and comfortable. Even though the restaurant was very busy we were seated quickly for an excellent breakfast. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. |

Excellent location close to Victoria station. Great for a theatre break if going to see Wicked or Billy Elliot as both are showing in theatres minutes from the hotel.Comfortable large rooms. Reasonably priced for for central London. Have stayed here twice and was upgraded to a suite this time which was an unexpected and pleasant surprise. Would highly recommend this hotel for a city or theatre break. Ladies take your own hairdryer the one provided is hopeless for styling your hair! |

nice easy walking distance from tube, quiet rooms with plenty of space, good pillows and duvet, nice good fixtures and fittings excellent bar area comfy seats and staff were excellent complimentary executive lounge could offer a wider choice poss spirits lemonade etc, and more canapes, only nuts available when we stayed.although the breakfasts were every nice we had to queue to be seated for some 15 mins as not enough tables for the amount of people. |

it was very close to the apollo theatre and i was able to park near the hotel on the roadside over the weekend at no cost, may have been due to the snow, but that saved me £30 the hotel charges for overnight parking |

Our room was very nicely presented, the T.V. was excellent. The staff were informative and the concierge was also full of information and help. Great location, right in the middle of london which was excellent for us as we went there for the New Year's Display at Westminster which is simply ten minutes walk. Was a pleasure to be a guest at the Park Plaza Victoria London! |

The entrance and bar area are both welcoming and extravagant. The rooms were well equipped, tidy and modern with stunning views of the city. We were going to the Apollo theatre and so the location was absolutely perfect. There was a good ambiance and atmosphere created in the main areas of the hotel with a vibrant multi-cultural population of people.The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the breakfast was delicious. We would definitely stay at your hotel again if we were to have a city break in London. Thank you for your marvellous hospitality. |

All of the staff were very friendly and helpful, the size room was ok and what I expected for the price. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable - no complaints ! One minor thing - the continental breakfast was quite limited in what it offered, if visitors from the continent are used to having a wide selection of cheeses and meats etc. then they will be disappointed. |
