The hotel didn't have the double room available we booked 4 months in advance - very poor. They also assumed I was German for some reason and asked for my passport. Despite informing them I wasn't from Germany, the welcome on the bedroom TV was still in German. It was a frustrating introduction to the hotel which would probably have been really good if it was managed effectively. |

The Hotel was gorgeous, exactly what we wanted and within walking distance of places we planned to go. We had a few problems when checking in, one of our rooms had not been cleaned but they upgraded our friends to an appartment on the 9th Floor so alls well that ends well. |

Good location for public transportation. Able to get a quiet room. Was able to "crack" a window open for fresh air. This was 3rd visit and there is now a coffee shop across the street which compliments the hotels limited dining arrangements. Not a lot of recommended eating places in walking distance. Some might find the limited bar and dining facilities a negative, but my wife and I have never been keen users of these. |

thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the park plaza hotel and found it very convenient. It was within walking distance to the underground, the train station and the victoria palace theatre where we went to see a show. the room was comfortable and extremely clean. |

The room we had was spacious, clean, comfortable and modern. I liked the glass wash hand basin. Park Plaza Victoria London is a two minute walk away from Victoria rail and tube stations. We walked to Buckingham Palace which is nearby. |

bed very comfortable, breakfast lovely especially the fruit! Staff friendly and helpful, room very quiet for central London. It was lovely having tea and coffee making in our room and when we asked for extra tea bags they came within minutes.Also enjoyed the TV having the extra channels. Two minor points which we did not bother to mention at the time. There was no hand soap on the basin in our bathroom and the curtains did not all have their rods so were a bit tricky to pull. This in no way spoiled our visit and we do realise that running repairs must be always necessary and cannot always be attended to right away. It may be that guests should take more responsibility for drawing attention to these issues at the time but one is always loath to look as though one is complaining. |

We reserved an Executive room for alittle extra pampering. The concierge were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very close to the Victoria underground station and is city center to many sites. I had to call for an electrician to fix a wall plug in my room twice and I was given a transformer to use in my room due to this plug not accepting my dual voltage appliance. The extra step of the transformer was very nice. Room Service was great too, they have a good menu for the room. The Executive Room package of included breakfast was very nice as well. The housekeeping service for my room did not know English very well and for two straight days, cleaned my room when I had the Do Not Disturb sign on the door. I called hotel services after the first day and they apologized. After the second day, I spoke with hotel services and housekeeping to get this rectified. I called before I left my room on day three to make sure they knew I did not want housekeeping in my room. From then on, they regarded the Do Not Disturb sign on the door. I thought with the Executive Room, I was given one hour of free internet. In the Executive Lounge I tried to use the computer and it charged you for usage with a credit card only. Found out later that it was free if brought your own laptop for your room. |

The hotel was very central.close to tube and bus stations. Very nice. Trendy hotel. Reception and rooms very clean.Restuarant very busy at breakfast but well accomodated everyone. Business/lesuire city break hotel. Booked several months ago and asked to have 3 rooms together. Celebrating birthday. 6 women. rooms too far apart,disappointing. |

The location is great in walking distance to most of London and just beside a tube station, over all the hotel was ok We found some of the staff rude but most of who we delt with were lovely. the shower floods the bathroom cause the door doesn't close fully |

We didn't aks for it, but they placed an extra bed in the room, because they knew we came with two adults and a 4 year old. The hotel was very close to Victoria station, so all the transportation was nearby. There was a Prêt a Manger just opposite the hotel. One of the elevators was not working properly. |
