A nice room with a view (6th floor) and a window that could be opened. Good value for money (not too expensive for a typical business hotel) and a central location (close to the Underground). |

Service of the staff / friendly welcome The fact we paid for an executive room, were told on arrival that we had been upgraded to an executive suite but found it very disappointing. It was clearly a room for the disabled traveller ( both of us are able bodied ) so the extra bathroom fitments for example were both intrusive and unnecessary. The room overlooked a service area with no outlook, and was noisy with staff / vehicles. |
