ロケーションはとても便利でホテルを基地にしてどこへでも動きやすい。

最初夜着いてホテルを探したときは、駅裏だし照明が紫で日本人の感覚からなんとなく怪しげな雰囲気でしたが- 、朝見てみればそうでもなかった。

翌日Gatwick空港へ行くため、こちらのホテルに泊まりました。お部屋はかなり広く、キッチンもあり、- シッティングルームとベッドルームと分かれていました。とっても清潔で快適に過ごせました。

ガトウィック空港への到着だったので、ヴィクトリア駅から至近のこのホテルを選びました。地下鉄駅も近く、- 近くにスーパーやレストランもあり、非常に便利でした。スタッフの方々も、子供に対してもとても親切で感じ- がよかったです。部屋はエクストラベッドを入れても十分余裕のある広さでした。結婚記念日の旅行だったので- すが、サービスでおいしいチョコレートとワインを頂けてとても嬉しかったです。

事前にお願いしていたエクストラベッドが到着前に入っていなかったこと、バスタブの排水口に髪の毛が詰まっ- ていたり、ゴミ箱が空になっていなかったり、掃除が行き届いていなかったことが残念でした。

I use this hotel regularly and alwas find the staff in the public areas friendly, competent and generaly professional.

Only problem was the housekeeping staff who were being very noisy in the corridor and knocking on room doors before 0800 on a Saturday morning

This hotel is very convenient as it is only 2 minutes from Victoria station. Beds were very comfortable and also loved the Tea/ coffee facilities.The safe and fridge were also welcome.

There seemed to be a party in the next room on the friday night that went on for a long time which disturbed our sleep but that was not the hotels fault.

The hotel didn't have the double room available we booked 4 months in advance - very poor. They also assumed I was German for some reason and asked for my passport. Despite informing them I wasn't from Germany, the welcome on the bedroom TV was still in German. It was a frustrating introduction to the hotel which would probably have been really good if it was managed effectively.

the reception staff were great and food was good

Cleaner was rude when entering room even though we were asleep then slamming the door afterward.

Clean, comfortable, well appointed room and bathroom. Great location next to Victoria Station.

The Hotel was gorgeous, exactly what we wanted and within walking distance of places we planned to go.

We had a few problems when checking in, one of our rooms had not been cleaned but they upgraded our friends to an appartment on the 9th Floor so alls well that ends well.

thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the park plaza hotel and found it very convenient. It was within walking distance to the underground, the train station and the victoria palace theatre where we went to see a show. the room was comfortable and extremely clean.

The balance between the hotel position&services.

The room we had was spacious, clean, comfortable and modern. I liked the glass wash hand basin. Park Plaza Victoria London is a two minute walk away from Victoria rail and tube stations. We walked to Buckingham Palace which is nearby.

We reserved an Executive room for alittle extra pampering. The concierge were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very close to the Victoria underground station and is city center to many sites. I had to call for an electrician to fix a wall plug in my room twice and I was given a transformer to use in my room due to this plug not accepting my dual voltage appliance. The extra step of the transformer was very nice. Room Service was great too, they have a good menu for the room. The Executive Room package of included breakfast was very nice as well.

The housekeeping service for my room did not know English very well and for two straight days, cleaned my room when I had the Do Not Disturb sign on the door. I called hotel services after the first day and they apologized. After the second day, I spoke with hotel services and housekeeping to get this rectified. I called before I left my room on day three to make sure they knew I did not want housekeeping in my room. From then on, they regarded the Do Not Disturb sign on the door. I thought with the Executive Room, I was given one hour of free internet. In the Executive Lounge I tried to use the computer and it charged you for usage with a credit card only. Found out later that it was free if brought your own laptop for your room.
