Service of the staff / friendly welcome

The fact we paid for an executive room, were told on arrival that we had
been upgraded to an executive suite but found it very disappointing. It
was clearly a room for the disabled traveller ( both of us are able
bodied ) so the extra bathroom fitments for example were both intrusive
and unnecessary. The room overlooked a service area with no outlook, and
was noisy with staff / vehicles.

Very Luxurious

The rooms were very spacious. The staff were very courteous and helpful.

There were no bath towels. The air conditioning blew out a lot of air - none of it cold. The hair-dryer didn't work. The bathroom was very poorly designed/fitted and the water from the shower trickled down the shower guard and all over the floor - v. dangerous. The choice of TV stations is poor.

the executive lounge was super, chocolates and fruit in the room on arrival was a nice touch
