Bed was uncomfortable Bathroom run down Bathroom cold-heater didn't work. Not overly clean-looked like previous occupant had trimmed their pubes all over bathroom floor!
The staff were lovely, the cocktails immense and they provided me with gluten free bread in the morning. A wonderful, warm welcome and really helpful staff with a good sense of humour and willingness to help.
close to everything we wanted
my neice had a broken ankle but we were not offered a lower room she had to walk up 2 flights of stairs on crutches also kept awake till 430 in the morning with loud music and loud noises
Helpful staff who went out of their way to provide us with an early breakfast. Cosy room. Would stay there again
the bar area
small room, self service breakfast was hectic, toasters crap
Broken lock on door, very small bathroom, no hot water in the shower

Room too small Covers were inadequate Only one electrical socket in entire room Bathroom small and shower useless Room wasn't cleaned throughout stay Noisy at night times
very clean really friendly staff with a great location could'nt fault our stay
Very friendly helpful staff with a clean and functional room. The hotel was ideally placed for all the local amenities and as we were there mainly to view the lights it was perfect.
Nice staff that made you feel at home and very helpful
En-suite a little bit small in the double room
We are well pleased with our stay the staff are. Excelent so helpfull and cheerful we found it very good value , close to the sea front, food super,we will stay there again,
the hotel was close to the beach front.it was ok, but looking a bit tired but you get what you pay for and it was good value.
as it was only bed & breakfast & the dining area is only open some days. there could do with eating places around.it .was difficult to get a evening meal near by.unfortunatly the lights were not as good as they used to be, so would not go to see them again.
The staff were lovely and the breakfast was hot fresh and delicious.
The other guests ( a hen party) banging on our door in the small hours and shouting from the top of their lungs trying to find their room We stayed in a budget room so didn't expect much but even though our expectations were low, a few pounds for a new shower curtain is advised and a lick if pain would be a vast improvement
small room and room not available at 2 pm
The staff were all friendly and helpfull.
had a great time mark was a right laugh and the other staff were great too
The brekkie ,the bar is loverly and Robbin who more or less runs it single handedly..xx

The room was completely different with what I saw online when I booked this hotel. The facilities was poor. We were there for Two nights no one clean my room even once.
room very tired, getting my car badge stolen in the car park at the side of the hotel..
Staff were pleasant, hotel within walking distance of beach.
Room was dirty and hadn't been cleaned, dog hair everywhere, furniture, cupboards and drawers covered in dust, most fixtures and fittings were broken or damaged, could feel every spring in beds, bathroom too small, foyer carpet stained and covered with stubbed out cigarettes, room door locks very difficult to use, most doors not even painted and dirty. Breakfast a free for all but food was ok.
Rooms were cramped and not clean
food was excellent.
very small room, en suite extremely small and was unable to use it. Room was not cleaned in the 3 days we stayed there.
Food, hospitality. very dog friendly, very attentive.
Quite noisy into the night. We were on ground floor near to entertainment, next time we will ask for first floor. Has not put us off another stay there.
