really friendly owner and staff
Great value, good location, friendly and made us feel welcome.
Room was quite small
Staff were fantastic Good facilities Good spaced rooms Great bar prices Late night entry En-suite rooms Lovely Atmosphere
Full English was a bit small Wifi Repeater didnt work
good posision good price
The hotel appeared ok from the outside and its main reception. The room we were shown to was simply tiny and conditions extremely poor. The shower cubicle was filthy with thick black mould and the screen fell apart when closed.we asked to be moved and was given another room with the conditions being much the same. We stayed 2 nights and left. We asked for new toels and toilet roll as none of these were to hand. We receievd one tiolet roll and no towels. Staff were not on hand at all times to deal with residents especially first thing and evening.
Location and prize
Wifi no signal upstairs, no cold water from the shower
Steffen and Richard were brilliant my wife and my sister stayed at the Vienna for 2 nights we had a brilliant time I would book here again the hotel was spot on right near north pier and not far from the train station
Toilet seat had a huge crack in. Cold shower. Dirty unclean. Rock hard bed. Absolutely freezing no heating. Unhelpful staff. Paint falling off the walls.mold everywhere. Damp bedding .By far the worst b and b ive ever stayed in
The staff were very nice and the location was exactly where we wanted to be. I booked on line and in 5 mins we were in our room.
When you walk into the room your initial thought is that the room is lovely as the bed in made up really nice but on closer inspection you notice it isn't. The room needs a revamp as it was very tired looking. The bathroom needed to be redone as well we couldn't get any hot water from the shower and the bathroom is very small. But what do you expect for £29.95 a night as we got a deal I wouldn't pay more than that.
Staff and manager were absolutely excellent. Very friendly. Warm welcome. Manager had all of us in stitches for hours. Fantastic breakfast. Comfortable nights sleep. Def recommended and will be going back again soon
The bed was comfortable.it had a tv
The hotel is very basic.the shower was cold and horrible took let the water run for 10 minutes as it was cold.had to call a member of staff to come and fix the shower.the heating was ok and the room was cold
room was not ready when we arrivied ,central heating not on at night, room was poorly decorated, light not working on wall by bed poorly lit downstairs
People there are friendly and helpful, breakfast was excellent.
water was cold in rooms.
the location of the hotel was great for all the attractions
the poor state of decoration and broken shower , taps, ie water in our room was cold in the sink and scolding hot in the shower so it was unusable.
No hot water
The staff was good, food was nice. Brilliant location got everything in walking distance. Had great time
Very close to the main transport facilities. Value for money. Helpful Staff (especially Mr. Richard).
Needs some polishing and presentation.
Near the train station
Food below average
Location was ok and free parking outside if you can get a space.
Room was a bit shabby and the hotel could do with a good makeover
Location Friendly staff.
Shower...poor decor, needs modernisation.
The tea. The towels were a nice touch! The TV was decent size and had good reception.
No mattress protector. Draws were filthy. Carpet was torn and damaged. Door look didn't feel safe or secure. Had a view of another building which was disgusting. Room was very dusty. Room smelt awful and had to buy a air freshener. The duvet was damaged and had holes in it. Heating of the shower was faulty and some days the hot water did not work and had to take cold showers. Pube on toilet wall. Overpriced. Could get better service and rooms at a hostel.
Friendly staff, excellent breakfast and dinners. Good location near railway station and pubs and clubs. Shops only 5 minute walk. Well worth what you pay.
Rooms could do with a bit of an upgrade. Shower wasn't the greatest.
The bed was very comfy and had the best nights sleep. The lockable wadrobes for our valuables worked well I loved the food in particular breakfast
My partner did not like the food at all Atmosphere around the staff felt awkward and was chided about dinner choices without getting all facts streight Attempt at cleaning had been made however the bathroom was grotty but functional and the window frames were dirty and mouldy Ironburns in the carpet Finally very outdated decor
Free wi-fi Large Tv Enough storage Clear view of the Blackpool tower Quiet location, close to car parks and the sea, without being on top of the busy night life. Would like to say more positives, sadly there is nothing more I can add
The room on first inspection appared to be clean and roomy. On closer inspection, the door to the on-suite had a section cut out of it so it could open, could not close it as no handle on the other side. The shelf in the wardbrobe had fallen into the draw below. The window catch was hanging off. The blind was missing a section, so not able to close them fully, no curtains. Room not cleaned at all on our 4 night stay, musty smell. Damp patches on the celling. No electric one afternoon, sent my daughter to ask if there was a powercut, she was told work being done to the electrics, no forewarning of this. Tiles missing in on-suite. NO hot water in shower or taps.
