hotel in a good position, staff very friendly and polite. Room was big enough for the 2 of us and the bed was very comfy
It was great value for money and round the corner from shops clubs very. Good hotel
The shower door was black poor lights , and didn't tell us about shower we found a peace of paper
The stay was pleasant,I'd read bad reports about this place but it done the job just fine, the staff were polite and very helpful
Nothing negative to say to be honest
I liked that they supplied coffee and that in the rooms and the bed was very comfy. Over all rating would be a 8
The hearing was not working and the hot water was turned off in our room. Was forgotten to be turned on no major issue as was only staying one night
No hot water Floor was dirty Staff didn't help what so ever
Had a great time at this hotel, staff were very helpful, bedroom was lovely, very clean, beds were very comfy.hallway was a bit dated.on arrival our single room had been double booked but staff were very helpful and gave us a twin room instead.would definitely stay here again.
Location was good and staff was very polite and helpful
Deco was not the best but was ok for 2 nights
The price was very reasonable ,my bike was stored safely and a very friendly staff. As I was there for the football primaly the location was ideal as it was away from gangs of yobs.
The mistake I made not booking a en suite room.
bed was comfy
The room.very dirty and out dated. ceiling broken, shower mauldy, toilet loose and felt damp.
The bed was very comfy n lovely fresh bedding, nice staff, very friendly, and willing to help,
The room we were allocated. Was at the back of the property, very small, ensuite, no vent for steam from shower, hence all room was damp constantly, window didn't close properly, no curtains and blind wasn't wide enough for window! For my partner and I the saving grace was the bed n bedding, also the staff were willing to help, like turning the heating on when requested, if you only want the room to get your head down in ( stags, hens ) then it will suffice. The room we were given doesn't feature on the website either so was disappointed when we arrived : (
Hotel very tired could do with a complete makeover. All toilets, bathrooms facilities needed upgrading. Disappointed with the shower in room 14 - don't try and have a shower in the morning - no chance. Managed to get one after 5pm.
Staff were very helpful and friendly, room and bedding clean
Being on 2nd floor as I am not good on stairs (couldn't be helped). Rooms were far too cold
The bedding and towels were fresh and clean.
The room left a lot to be desired. It was dated and the en suite was very poor, and smelt musty, the tiles were in need of repair as was the flooring and the shower was grubby and the water barely warm enough with just a trickle of water.
Damp in room 11 disgusting wallpaper by window hanging off wall crumbling bathroom floor dirty couldn't find anyone to pay bill except for woman who gave us room key knowone around
Lovely comfortable well presented bed and TV in room,
Nice staff, nice food
Terrible shower in room literally no hot water.
Going home too early for me. Should have had a week.
Bed was comfortable standard size room
The Bathrooms are far to small and shower was freezing cold
Everything!! When we arrived the lobby was full of furniture and workmen, not very welcoming!! The place looked deserted and i had to search for someone to check us in. The room door didn't lock, the room had damp on the wall, there was no heating, the room was tiny, every part of the floor creaked as did the ceiling from the floor above, therefore a nightmare trying to sleep once the people above came home. Absolute disgrace of a place, wouldn't recommend it to anyone!! Slept in better tents!!
staff very friendly
the hotel's decor is dated and needs upgrading it was a bit dark and old the hotel could use a good makeover
The staff were friendly
The bar was closed at 9pm. The shower was broke so it was constantly cold. The bed was very uncomfortable and the carpets were filthy.
Booked to take my daughter to see the illuminations. The room was clean warm and comfortable. The en suite was clean. The hotel it self was ok. It suited our needs. It was in a quiet area so had a good nights sleep.
Staff, really friendly, willing to help
Cleanliness, two bed bug bites, not fun. matress protector required etc.
