VII Hotel  

Rooms and shower are clean.

Hotel is very small 13 Rooms hotel. I booked 3 Days before my stay. I booked Double BedRoom. I reached there Staff Show me a Twin room. I showed them my reservation and they said sorry we have only this room left and he knows i booked room with double bed but he gave my room to somone else. He said you don't have any choice if you wana stay Cancell your booking. I asked him how could you do that with your customers like this He said we have no choice.

It was in a good location and close to bus stops, had everything around it you need shop, food. Friendly Staff. Def cheap and Cheerful

Convenience and easy access to Heathrow airport. Free parking. Free WIFI. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The Indian cuisine was 1st class. light fluffy flavoursome rice and Nan bread as well as the wonderful curries.

Being pestered for payment and lack of attention to cleaning the bedroom, re-stocking of tea/coffee etc

The shower was powerful & hot, the bed was comfortable.

Dirty floor in the bedroom, mould in the bathroom, right under the flight path of Heathrow and in a very run down area.......but £30 a night in London right next to Heathrow.

The staff was really nice and we had great food from their indian cuisine. Also the hotel is close to Heathrow and you can watch the planes from close distance, which I enjoyed.

This hotel is cheap and dead basic with parking behind.

Very difficult to find. It is actually above an indian restaurant in a pretty dodgy area. Our food, for what it was, was very, very expensive

The staff were very eager to please. We needed to find parking, and one of the staff said they'd meet us outside the hotel. This was when it was -4 and snow outside. They took us to our room and answered all our questions. Friendly, and helpful.

the sign for the hotel saying VII Hotel isn't as obvious as its sign stating Italian Cuisine. Drove past it, then had to find a point on the dual carriageway to turn around.

Location

I stayed in the hotel for 2 nights. I feel disappionted overall of this hotel. I decided for this hotel because it is cheap. It is not worth for money at all. The internet connection is not working when I check-in. I asked for the password from the staff. It means that I need to use the internet but the staff assigned me to the room that have no signal. I finally had to change the room. They previously do not want me to change. I insisnt to change. Otherwise, I will move. They finally let me change but I have to make the bed myself. The location is far away from tube. I had to take a bus to underground. Even it is cheap, it is not worth for money. I will pay higher for another and do not want to visit this hotel again.
