Helpful and cheerful staff. Excellent evening meal.
Breakfast was poor, the buffet food was tepid.
Bedroom was well equipped.
Food a bit pricey.
very friendly welcome, the location, and the facilities.
Music from function room was noticeable.
Great value, clean. All that you would expect.
I like the Starbucks cafe on site
The only trouble with rooms was the walls are very thin and people had no consideration for other guests.Hotel could do with putting signs in corridors about noise after a certain time. Breakfast wasnt very good the first day was busy the second day the food was piled up in the dishes so food was cold.
The room was excellent and beds very comfy. The spa was very good and reception staff were very helpful
Having asked for a quiet room, we were unfortunately above the function room where there was a disco and the couple next door were extremely loud - 1st night music very loud, 2nd and 3rd night arguing, banging and crashing at 1am and then the next day at 4am for over an hour.
Good hotel and facilities. Clean and welcoming.
Allocated the wrong room, given a double family rather than a king, I did pay to upgrade to an upper deck room. First room toilet was broken new room. It was ok but not worth the £165 in total price I paid. Lamp was broken. Apart from the sky movies it was no better than a premier inn or a travel lodge .
Breakfast at 10 pounds isunreasonably overpriced.
Great, clean facilities.
Staff is always happy to assist with a smile on their face. The rooms are great.
convenient location for the purpose of our trip. Great swimming pool.
Sqeeky floorboards in room 516
Location ,lunchtime food
Booked superior room but wasn't worth the extra money and toilet didn't flush
Proper sized pool if you are a swimmer
Swimming and sauna
Food in the Restaurant not as good as the last time I stayed - I had to return a dish very poor - it was replaced no problems with another dish, but I would have been expected to pay less as the stake that replaced it was more expensive - unfortunately the stake wasl a bit tough - had to fight with it .
Décor a bit tired No power in the shower
Staff Food Location
Price as it was a rugby weekend - over inflated.
Staff, friendly and helpful. Facilities excellent. Breakfast tasty and excellent choice.
Very friendly staff
Bathroom was not clean enough, not enough attention given to cleaning of taps and tiles. Very creaky floors, I'll fitting door to room
Comfortable bed, good food
Buffet breakfast eggs bacon stone cold!
Spa pool closed during visit
Large gym and pool
WiFi reception poor in breakfast area. Walls and doors of room are very thin and one can hear a lot of noise from neighbouring rooms and hallway.
A bit worn, and expensive
The poo, and spar, bar was good also.
Noisy fellow guests throughout the night, paper thin dividing bedroom walls.
Clean & tidy accommodation very good breakfast, plenty of free parking .
