We have stayed at the villiage on many occasions and we tend to meet with family. We enjoy staying there and so do my brother sister and there partners. As it is quite a popular hotel I think that it is over priced on occasions. |

it appeared that the price had doubled for the take that concert on the 16th June so i feel the value for money was poor, im sure any other time it would be excellent all though |

That the hotel was extremely accomodating to families, made our stay pleasurable, both with food menu's and facilities. |

Great Swimming Pool and spa area. Good evening meal. Friendly staff We weren't give our family room but two interconnecting rooms. Seemed very fair until we realised that we were over a wedding reception party. I had come to Cardiff to meet my newly sister to give her a restful night with us. She didn't get to sleep until 2 in the morning. We should not have been given those rooms. We were not told that we were over the wedding party. |

The pool at this hotel was lovely, and worth the money alone. The location was good too. The beds were rubbish! Every time my partner turned over or moved in bed, the whole bed wobbled and shook and woke me up. We also asked for a newspaper but never received it. The decor of the hotel was also very dated, and the hotel was too big- it took me ages to get to and from the room! |

The facilities were very good and the room was quite large and comfortable. I thought the menu prices were too high especially as you have a carvey just down the road offering meals at less than half the price. The range of TV channels was not as good as say Premier Inn which has access to all the freeview channels (but it was a very nice TV !). |

Ease of access from the motorway. Good food in the restaurant. Not enough power sockets in the lounge areas in the reception / lobby area for using laptops. |

The Spa is amazing. Aerobic and weight equipment in abundance. Very clean also and a very nice pool. The staff was a bit stiff and less than friendly. The food in the restaurant was ok, I actually got food poisening on my last night there. |

It was very convenient for the M4 and where we were visiting on Saturday. The tables at breakfast were very close together. It was difficult to get in and out for the self service breakfast. |

Receive a warm welcome from this hotel close to the M4 and 3 miles (4.8 km) from Cardiff city centre. There is easy access to local business parks and Cardiff’s attractions. |
