Friendly owner and staff,location was fine 5mins walk to the beach,room clean. There was no hot water from the sink tap,basin was far too small even for a shave,room was cold and never seemed to warm up,maybe due to season not really kicking off until Easter

The hotel was very clean and the owner was very frendley. Room was nice and clean and we were told if we didn't like it we could change but it was fine. Breakfast was nice and hot and we were always offered more if we required. Enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others. Value for money. There was nothing that we didn't like.

Very friendly owner. No restrictions on coming or going. Good breakfast. Very clean throughout. A little dated in decor but not of any problem as it was very clean.

was a warm welcome on arriving.. bathroom onsuite was lovely everywhere was so clean the room catered for all what you needed...breakfast was nice but i thought for the price it was a bit too expensive considered we stayed in the village outside of hull and we had all fitness/sauna/swimming pool/ a wide range of breakfast included in price and it was only £60...too be fair i think the hotel would do better for naturist as the owner is one which too everyones preference... breakfast could have been a bit better but my partner enjoyed his

the bedroom was very small it needed decorating it was nothing like it was avertised on .com if the room that we stayed was on .com we most certainly would not have booked it, the bathroom was that small the put the toilet almost against the shower it was very difficult to sit on the toilet
