everything , staff were lovely , food was excellent and entertainment was brill !
very very noisy and creaky floors above and walls must be very thin as we could even hear the conversations going on next door !!
entertainment food friendly staff
Food was excellent so was the entertainment. bedroom was average but good value for money, staff were very nice.
The plumbing needs sorting.the noise was unacceptable when other people were having a shower early morning.it sounded like the water was pouring into the room .
Every thing bar one of the bingo callers
Was not very pleased with the bingo caller,The the only way I can describe him is the bald one.he was to fast and not very clear,i missed out on a £50 prise
Excellent menus with varied selections to suit all. Food very good. Good entertainment provided every night c/w bingo and very attentive staff when needed, with a good local knowledge and suggestions on where to visit. Easy to make friends with other travellers and to be honest most are regular visitors, to this hotel.
Unfortunately if you missed your time frame for buying bingo tickets, you cannot purchase them later, say in the evening.
