Viking Hotel  

Had a very good time no problem booking. Staff on desk very helpful .

We found the Viking excellent value for money, the staff were very good, the double room was on the small side but adequate, for the two nights stay.

difficult to comment on the menu with a two night stay, but looked like more variation, in choice of meals if staying longer.

We found the staff friendly and very helpful.

The room was very small and basic and we didnt get much sleep due to the constant clattering of water pipes all through the night. Room 115 is not a room I would accept again.

It was a lovely place to stay very quiet, brilliant food and entertainment was brilliant. Rooms were very relaxing and clean will be using hotel again.

men allowed to wear shorts and tee shirts for evening meal, I think they should wear long pants even if its jeans.

Friendly staff throughout our stay at the hotel. Great choice of food in the restuarant with excellent attention from the individual servers appointed to each group of tables.

Hotel bedrooms could do with a refit as the rooms are not up to a standard you would accept from a holiday hotel.

Room was small and only had thin plasterboard partition to the next room En suite was small

We think that your hotel has been well thought out. Having bingo prior to entertainment was great, as lots of people leave after bingo is over. Having tea and scones on arrival back at hotel after coach trip tp Fleetwood was a really nice touch. The daily quiz was a good bit of fun and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, will definately be back. The entertainment was first class.

There wasnt anything we didnt like.

i liked most things about the viking especially the friendly staff.

i did not like how u had to be in your seats for 8.30 as i felt rushed to have my evening meal.

Great location, friendly staff especially Jacqueline in dining room. What a star. Great value for money for food and at the bar too. Entertainment good but couldnt go every night as quite the same each night. Would definately come back.

You couldn't buy a bingo ticket within 5 hours of it starting yet we can put a man on the moon

The food was excellent. Had a lovely room on 4th floor. Very good entertainment in cabaret bar. Free parking. Will definetly return. Thanks to all the staff.

Everything. It was clean and the show at night was excellent. the staff were very helpful.

The food could have been better. There was too much pork which I cannot eat, also the tomato soup was tasteless.

entrance very poor lounge to front of hotel very poor no space to sit down to view the seafront plus it needs a coat of paint inside the hotel disco till 2 am to late you could not sleep for the noise Friday/Saturday complained to reception 1/40/am sat nothing they could do but appoligised

we stayed for 3 nights, the room was clean good bed, food was great, good selection for evening meal (choice 5 starters & six main, &about 8 desserts) staff very friendly good laugh with bar staff, already booked for next year.

the noise after 3am was very disturbing kept us awake most of the night with guests shouting and banging doors

We liked the staff, from our arrival they were very friendly and helpful,the room was warm and comfortable the staff in the dining room were great as well and the food was excellent,we spent two evenings in their own nightclub which was just downstairs and the the entertainment was very good and top class.

Some of the public areas were a bit tired looking for example patched up seating in the club,some carpets were threadbare and joints coming apart lots of chipped and worn paintwork,although non of this spoiled our time there and after all we did`nt pay for a four star it was very good value for money, I`m sure we will return.
