The stay at the viking was excellent. room clean /staff very friendly .breakfast / evening meals excellent could not have wished for better. also entertainment brill. will book again cannot think of anything I didn't like

Te location was excellant as was the food. The food and waitresses were top class. Our room Room 205 was very very small. The bathroom was so small when you shut the door behind you you could not move. There was only approximately one square foot to stand in and that was it! There was 2 beds in the room and hardly any room to swing a hamster! We complained and was told this was one of the bigger rooms!!!!!!

Check in was quick and friendly. All the staff throughout our stay were great. Food in the restaurant was lovely and the entertainment in the club was fantastic. Will definately be going back to the Viking Nothing

this is our third stay at the viking hotel. what we like about it is is adults only, which is ideal, no children running around. also the entertainment is first class.

The staff were very good in all department s the food quite good , the night club was A plus very very good we have never laughed so much for a long time The hotel would benefit from a face lift but all in all great

nice sized room, no table cloths on restaurant tables as there use to be. self service in restaurant made it more like a transport cafe than a supposedly upmarket hotel. what on earth are you doing?

Very pleased with the food and also enjoyed the cabaret the resident comedian was fantastic.Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Viking and will definately visit again. I think that the hotel could do with a bit of a face lift a lot of the paintwork could do with a lick of paint.

staff went out of their way to help people plus it was child free!! the amount of stairs across what must have originally been 2 hotels although if i was to go again i would CHOOSE a preferable bedroom.

The food is great and very good service. Buddy Lee the compere/ comedian is an absolute genius and very talented. The dining room is not good for couples as the tables only have a small gap and you end up as a foursome with strangers. Our room was small and had a view of a brick wall. The bed was also only a double. Recommend twin.
