Booking.com customers penalised with parking charges and breakfast isn't free which it was for non booking.com customers, they should be grateful of the extra business brought in because of it, I would not have gone there if it wasn't for booking.com. Not white company toilettries as advertised. Charge for toothpaste/razors. We stayed in room 2 which is awful for noise, right next to the front door and reception, this room should be heavily subsidised, we were prewarned but didn't realise it would be that bad. Generally it is a really nice hotel the problem I had is it just was not 5 star standard. Only recieve 2 bottles of complimentary water and these are not restocked.
Comfy bed, free wifi, the man on reception was excellent, very friendly. Close to Central area.
