good value for money,clean

Very good food in the restaurant and very good value. Friendly attentive staff.

Shower didn't work in my room. Staff did offer to put me in another room.

It was good value. Staff were friendly. It was a good location for me personally visiting family. There was a resteraunt as part of accomodation which was available and convenient and seemed very popular tho I didn't use it

The breakfast was a basic buffet which was ok given the price but would have liked real butter and maybe nicer bread. There was a little bit of noise from the restraint below.

Comfort, staff, value, internet. More than generous tea, coffee, biscuits etc.

Tv did not work, fitted trouser press did not work.

I liked the most the cleanliness of the bedding and the room, The breakfast the was included was sufficient and coffee and tea maker in room

I did not like that the wfi did not work the signal was not strong enough that was very upsetting for me as this was how I would be keeping in touch with family back in states

room was clean and comfortable. location was main reason why we picked it. had A quiet undisturbed night.chocolate eclair on the pillow was A nice touch.

shower temperature was A bit difficult to control.

I had a small clean comfortable room in this B&B over an Italian restaurant. The room was very good value for money. Two of the three staff members that I encountered were friendly, pleasant, polite and helpful.

The shower in my room provided only a lukewarm trickle. There was no sign of the promised continental breakfast. The Italian restaurant food was straightforward and hearty but not good value for money.

the size of the cobwebs, mould & shower that only worked for 8 seconds before burning you or freezing you, breakfast of old bread & milk that was nearly yougurt.

Very impersonal, I didn't see any member of staff after my initial check in.

It was in the right location for us and was very reasonably priced which suited our group. We had everything we needed during our stay and staff couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful.

The facilities were spot on for the price, so We were very impressed except the shower was really frustrating because it only had two settings, either freezing cold water or boiling hot water so we cudnt shower properly! I did attempt to go down stairs to get it sorted but it was so busy, I gave up waiting to speak to some one after 15mins because we as a party to go to apart from that it was a nice stay.

Shower was not up to standard.would not switch off.white filler all round shower controls.continental breakfast left on shelf in corridor at 9.30pm for next day not very healthy.it consisted of small carten of orange .apple.small crossont small jam. Very smallbox of corn flakes.flask of milk. Good restuarant downstairs but expensive. Would not stay here again.also mould around outside of shower.car park taken up by restourant guests.should reserve spaces for hotel guests.my score 5/10.

I enjoyed my stay for one night at this hotel and if I make more visits to Liverpool I will still come back to this place and not chose an alternative because I felt comfortable during my stay. Thank you for the service :)

A cheap room to spend one night but not more, and only in case you can´t find something better or available. There was a bus stop in front of the hotel to take the bus to go straight to Liverpool (that was what we wanted to do)

The breakfast was poor and the room in general was bad, everything was old fashioned and in bad taste. The bathroom had a pizza smell.

It was near to where we needed to be

The check in times were not very helpful as we would be at our destination at 5.30 check in. I think it was over priced for what it was. Breakfast was help yourself on the landing and on hand was a helpful lady in a dirty overall.
