Leisure facilities. Clean warm luxurious. Good staff.

Breskfast was poor. Eggs were all hard. Plates were covering in baked food, (don't think the dishwasher was cleaned properly resulting in food debris being stocked to plates at the end of the washing cycle. Found this v bad. Wd not recommend the hotel for this main reason. Also my husband had dinner the night before. Although the food was good. The rice pudding was burnt and yet the restaurant decided to still serve it. This was really bad.

nice comfy room with facility's available till late. we came for the valentines casino and we both enjoyed our self will certainly return again

The bed and room facilities were good but it had no atmosphere very clinical

The breakfast was rubbish. The staff were very unhelpful almost it was like why are you asking me . Was expecting a lot more from de vere. It needs to rethink what it offers apart from a city gym and a bunch of Chevs

Price for the room was excessive at £180 at that rate I would have expected a much larger room, plus the hotel was very busy and breakfast was chaotic

Lack of a wardorbe and drawers for clothes

Use of pool and gym brilliant

First room heating didn't work, rooms where cold even the second room was cold had to turn heating up to 25deg, the bar was very loud and bloody freezing food was just warm, the hotel is dark, I think they are trying to save money by turning the lights of, brighten the place up for gods sake !!!!
