Comfortable, easy accsess to Swansea town and Beaches. Service was very good and the staff were very pleasent. The four of us enjoyed our stay there for two nights. The Spar was also a bonus. |

Good sized swimming pool and excellent gym. Within walking distance of the shops and driving distance from the Mumbles and the Gower. Handy for visiting our daughter at the University. Lovely breakfast to set us up for the day. Would have liked more of a Welsh flavour to the experience eg bilingual signs using Welsh as well as English, staff who are able to speak Welsh to wear the Welsh Language Board's badge. More use of locally sourced food. |

Swimming pool was excellent, the younger waitress in restaurant was very friendly (the only staff member to make us feel welcome), the breakfast was excellent too The room was filthy ( mirror, TV and headboard on bed were covered in dust ), remote control was missing and had to ring 3 times to get one, reception staff very formal, felt like we were an inconvenience to them. Overall, didn't enjoy our stay here |

The breakfast, the free pool and the location itself. It was very quiet. The toilets were very dirty when we arrived. |

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The recreational facilities offered at the hotel were very good. The location, particularly as we were a group travelling with our own coach, was ideal. The meal that we ordered in the hotel restaurant was rather disappointing - perhaps the short notice of our reservation in the restaurant and the size of the group (19 people) didn't help, but I think that a hotel of this size should be able to cope with such a situation. |

Comfortable room, friendly staff, plenty of parking space. Cold changing rooms in the leisure club. Loud music from the gym which we could hear in our room (323) early in the morning and at night! |

we liked the colour schemes, carpets, wallpapers used throughout, and the furniture.we liked the choice of dining between pub, starbucks and traditional dining room.breakfast was excellent even scambled egg was fresh even though buffet style. room was larger than normal with a very good sized bathroom bed was very comfortable at present there is a large building project directly outside hotel carpark, and noise levels were high meaning you couldnt have windows open. evening service in dining room was slow with starters arriving before our first drink was served.? |

Excellent leisure facilities. Good sized pool and great gym. Reception, restaurant and public areas are good. Similarities with Malmaison. Good location. Poor housekeeping. Thin towels, holes in pillow case and bed not made properly were a real disappointment after the pleasing arrival. Room OK, but not really 4 star, more like Premier Inn in layout and fit out only slightly better. Air conditioning and ipod doc did not work properly. These are simple things to fix, however. |

The decor was great, breakfast good and space inthe room was great! Thank you for the free wifi The door was extremely heavy and I badly struggled to get in and out of it with my luggage. No porters to help with luggage and staff at breakfast unfriendly. |

The welcome and efficiency of the front of house staff is to be complimented When we arrived we opted for a burger. It took 30 minutes to arrive and was overcooked to the point of being very dry. The staff seemed more concerned with chatting than looking after the customers. A poor start to our stay and we did not revisit the bar. |

The booking arrangements were first class The reception staff were on the ball and had our booking information to hand. The wines was chilled to perfection. The Breakfast was very good. The room was not thoroughly clean. There was no soap for the hand basin. There was very little toilet paper on the two rolls. Only one hand towel was available for the two of us. There was no milk replaced with the tea/coffee making facilities |
