ALL the staff were very polite and helpful. The location was a stones throw from the centre and marina. we also had a sea view which we did not expect. The pool was a very good size and clean. Continental breakfast was good.Easy to find and driving around Swansea was very easy.
Having a toddler we found it difficult not having a fridge. Only 1 electric socket point worked. When trying to contact reception 3 times in 1 hour no-one answered. Air conditioning we could not get to work. Cooked breakfast both days was cold and we ate early.
The gyma, swimming pool and leisure facilities, all free to residents are excellent.
Don't eat here. The food was tasteless, portions are very poor and it was all served in a poorly lit dining room possibly done on purpose so that you can't see you meal.
Ten minutes walk to the center of Swansea.
No ashtrays in the bedrooms.
Good hotel, pool was lovely, breakfast nice good location if going into swansea
Meal in evening service slow
There was a bad smell in the room.
Wonderful location right by the docks. Easy access to Central Swansea. Great breakfast and gym/pool/steam/sauna/jacuzzi.
The bathroom tiles in our room had slight signs of mould but shower and rest of bathroom was brilliant

The staff were great, we were big group they really looked after us ... We would come again.
Very nice hotel. Bedroom was clean and cosy, bed comfortable, breakfast tasty. Staff very helpful and well informed.
I liked using the lesuire facilities, and we were lucky enough to be upgraded to upper deck which made the stay thank you
The staff were excellent - very helpful, the location was ok - a bit of a walk into the city but flat and manageable (will be better once roadworks are completed). The room was plenty large enough and comfortably furnished. Parking on site is great.
Our initial room was over a function room - we were kept awake at night and were woken before 9 am to the sound of thumping music from a fitness studio. However, we were moved straight away once I spoke to reception, without question. Thank you Hannah!.
Superb swimming pool
Would have liked softer pillows
Staff were very friendly and helpful, good location with ample parking and good sports facilities
Breakfast was 'average'
Have stayed in many Village hotels across the country due to my business, i have come to expect a very high standard. The Swansea Village did not provide that standard. Taking my wife away for the weekend and paying to money for a room on the 5th floor, which is a floor you can upgrade to we found net curtains covered in dirt, Tiles and shower facilities covered in black mould. In the lift it said upgrade to the 5th floor to have a Bose system docking station, which it wasn't ? The seats in foye outside starbucks were ripped and threadbare The standard of the village hotels throughout the country is let down by Swansea. We were very dissapointed with our stay.
Convenient location and excellent greeting on the reception desk.
Outside event with car park full. No evening food available and drinks only available in plastic cups. Being allocated a disabled room. Cold hash browns and scrambled egg, with strange tasting orange juice. Poor service at breakfast.

Room was poor not clean not the package paid for. for an upperdeck 'luxury' double, premiere inn is nicer, received a full refund when showed the pictures of the poor upkeep of the room
